They still call like twice a week. Once they tried to insert in their message a name of whom they're calling for, but each time I replayed it I could not figure what it is. I just can't figure this company out. Who runs such an awful company (if its not a scam). I'd like to walk in their office and give them a piece of my mind. I wish I could bother them as they do me.

I keep getting calls from this number, and they are always looking for someone else. Some woman I never heard of. Half the time you can never understand the message they leave on the machine. I called them back and the woman with the attitude, asked who I was, and I said ,"NO", who are you? I told her, you called me, I did not call you, and You need to stop calling as I don't know you and I don't owe you anything. She got very upset and said, I'm going to do the right thing here and hang up. I told her that's great, and don't call me again. Someone needs to do something about these people as they call all hours of the day and night. I am sick of it. They use an automated machine to ask for the person they are looking for. That way you don't know for sure who's name they are saying. So to try to stop the calls and to find out who it is, you get curious and call them back to see what they want. I don't owe anyone, and don't plan to in the near future. So they just need to stop calling me. I am sick and tired of it. I just got this new phone number a few months ago, and I get alot of calls for someone else. But this call from here is just too much. And then when you tell them they are talking to the wrong person, they get mad. Someone needs to take their phone privledges from them.

Received another call for Dwayne Carter. D Carter is NOT Dwayne. What do these people do, dial every number that COULD be Dwayne? Penn Credit Corporation has taken it upon themselves to use a SPAM style collections method. This was a fully automated message and no opportunity toi speak with a real person.

    They are apparently NOT listening.

Yeah, if you take the time to call them and say it's not you they, at least, "say" they will remove your number from thier list. I would like to know what companies are using these dirt bags to collect thier debts so we can boycott them. This is not how anyone should eb trying to collect, in my case(not me, but Jamie Dixson) $47.30.

They called and left a message at my parents house saying that it was very important and I needed to call right away.  I haven't even lived there in 8 years!  I called them and a young  man answered the phone hello.  I gave him my name and he couldn't find it, then he searched by phone number after I gave it to him 3 times.  It was for a collection of $70 which I just got a bill for about 2 weeks prior to this call.  I told him I wasn't giving him any card information over the phone because he was so unprofessional and that I would send in my payment.  He said the collection calls would continue and hung up on me.  Why on earth would you give someone your information like that when you have to ask which company your calling in the first place??!!

This computerized telephone operator keeps calling.  Their phone number is 1-800-900-1380.  I can not understand what the computer says when I answer the phone.  When I did press the number 1 to see who this call was from the comnputerized voice said a garbled name of a person and that it was a collection agency for $35.00.  We do not owe any bills at all. The computer voice asked us for our credit card number to pay this bill.  We hung up.  It is obviously a scam to get people's credit card numbers and use them illegally.  This company, Penn Credit or whoever is calling, telephone number 1-800-900-1380 should be put out of business by our government agency and prosecuted.

What kind of company calls your home and leaves no infor? I got a similar call and spoke to a very rude and belligent woman named or id herself as Ms. Jones.
I asked what was the name of the company and she refused to answer and was insulting. This should be reported to the BBB and to higher authorities like your congress person's office.
We don't know who these people are, demanding information refusing to ID themselves.

I have now been receiving calls from this number for over 3 months. The call is from an unavailable number and the message that is left is from an automated voice stating "I have important personal business, please call me back at 800-900-1380.  I have never answer the call. I figure it's some kind of scam. I think that if I truly owed someone money that they would take a little different approach in which to get it. There are too many identity theft cases as well as phone call scams floating around out there for me to just call a phone number back just because they tell me to. If I owe, contact me in the proper fashion. If anyone has any information on how to stop this I would like to know.

They called my cell phone. And left the same message as anyone elses. The funny part, I am 17 years old. Really, what's the point of calling a 17 year old? This really ticks me off.

    Same number as every one else - 1 800 900 1380

Continual calls by machine for an unknown person.  What is the scam here?  I do not understand how these callers (automated calls) are making a profit from this activity.  Obviously, they want me to call them back and provide money.   There is something very wrong with this type of operation.

I no longer pick up calls from "Unavailable".  Just got a call right now, 8/16/07 @ 5:11 PM.  The voicemail said for me to call them back for important  personal information.  I am not going to call them back.  Plus, this is a work cell phone that I just got last month.
