Your post about 8009001380 was PATHETIC. I thought my eyes were messed up, then I realized it was just all the ;) throughout the message. "l'll light a candle for their poor souls..." HUH?! These people weren't murdered. They're mere telemarketers.

OK after reading other peoples listings on here. I have just got a new cell phone and this number (800)-900-1380 keeps calling my phone and just leaves the number and repeats itself, all automated. If this is some collection agancey then they need to get there crap straight quick. I dont owe anyone anything. never been behind on my bills. never called the number back and dont plan on it. Legal action DOES NEED to be made and hopefully whoever this is gets whats coming to them big time for harrasing all these people like this.

They left a message on my cell phone voice mail. I hate that...it uses my minutes for stupid numbers like this! Stop calling.....

I have received several calls from an "unknown" number.  A voicemail is left asking to call 800-900-1380 about a personal matter.  I have called the number which was answered by a "Lisa."  I told the representative I do not answer blocked or "unknown" calls.  "Lisa told me federal law requires their calls MUST be blocked.  She then disconnected the call.

A previous call which I answered asked me for payment of $87.36 as a debt owing to the "Vonage" phone service. I had this service a year ago but terminated it in a timely manner.

I get a call from 1-800-900-1380 saying "call me back regarding important personal business". I have called back once and it just rang. Nothing else.

Bogus number sounds like.

how do you stop them from calling? Automated 1-800-900-1380 "You have an important personal business matter" ???? They don't tell you who they are and what it is in reference to.

Tried calling the number which seems to not be taking calls right now. Message says all circuits are busy.  I know I dont owe anyone money this can not be for me must be wrong number

My mom has een harrassed by this debt collector for 3 months now!  They're looking for someone else and my Mom is fit to be tied.  I just helped my sister write up a letter to be sent to them certified.  We demanded that they remove my Mom's phone number from what ever list they're pulling it from.  What gets me is that my Mom isn't this person who owe's the debt and it seems to me they don't care! I just can't believe that places like this can continue to get away with harrassing phone calls and no one can do anything to stop them??

They call every Tuesday around the same time, I never answer and it is always the same automated message.

I've just started receiving these messages on my work cell phone which I've had for over a year.  I owe no money and I have never submitted my work cell phone on any sort of accounts.  If they call again, I will probably answer the phone next time and grill them to see who they're trying to contact.  But I'm sure it's going to get annoying.  They left three messages yesterday.  If they give me a hassle, I'll be sure to use the letter that was posted previously asking them to stop bothering me.

Received a message at MIDNIGHT from this company on my cell phone. Called them back the next day like so many other people here have done. Got a "Rebecca" who wanted my information. I told her that if she was calling me, she already had all the information she needed and I needed to be removed from her calling list. She tried to tell me they were looking for some woman that I've never heard of so she said that they would remove my number.

We have only had our phone number for a month and this computer-generated call comes through about twice a day.

Got a call at 9:26 AM with an automated message on my voicemail telling me to call about "important personal business."  Ha ha, if you can't tell me I'm not calling you.  Feels like a scam.

They are a 'bottom feeder' collector.  Huge volume small collection success but they still make a bundle with people caving in and just paying the erroneous $40.

Call them back and demand the name of who is associated with
your phone number.  Tell them they have the wrong number and take charge of the conversation and tell them to cease calling your number and verbally make note of the date and time you are telling them.  If they ever call you again you can sue them under the fair debt collections act: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre27.pdf

Realistic or not, they don't want to deal with it.  Your account isn't worth it to them.

Also, if they are calling you at odd hours with their automated system as I've read in some of these posts (like midnight) they are already in violation.

Just called and said "important personal business" and left number. However, caller ID shows blocked number. If number was legite, they would not have to block their number only to give it to you on the answering machine. Idiots!!  1-800-900-1380

PENN CREDIT go away already! They are harassing me about a bill that was paid directly to the City water department months ago. They are SO rude. When I asked If I could speak to a manager he said he was it and there is no one else to talk to. They keep reporting this to my credit bureau, and every time I dispute it the bureau deletes it. I don't know what to do to make them go away.

Although the no. shown is what I've entered below, the msg says to call them back at 800-900-1380, which is some collection agency in Pennsylvania. Seeing that they don't ask for a specific name or even have a person doing this, the hell with them.

Got a call from this number today. Came up on my cell phone as restricted and telling me that they have important business and to call 800-900-1380. Called back and all i got was a cicuits busy message. Seems as if they were really interested in talking to me then they would have given a real number and a real person would have left me a message. I don't answer restricted calls or unknown calls form the looks of all the feed back its a good thing that i didn't answer it.....sounds like a scam to me...
