Well it's now Saturday and I didn't get served any papers or hear from anyone else yesterday. These people really need to be stopped!!

They are a fake collection agency...They uses Phase 1, Phase II, and Phase III, RE1, Re2, and an ADD scrpit...The people that works there are between the ages of 18-36 years old of age...They are not lawyers, they dont work for a network of lawyers..They are scam artist...trust me..DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY!!!! You always can do a charge back up to 6 months and get your money back...Dont trust them!!!! You are at risk.......They use fake names to be fake carriers...You are not going to get serve any papers., you are not going to court for anything....They are SCAMMERS!!! DONT DO IT!!!!! They use a system called CBC, Accurint to get your current phone numbers and Accurint has your current social security info and DOB, your car registration, your family members all of them (living or dead) Trust me they are not legit collectors!!! Hire a lawyer quick and don't give them no money!!! Fraud people!! These people are fraud!!! Beware!!! They have your info in front of them by using Accurint!! Anyone can purchase Accurint and give your info!!! They are a fake

I do not know what the hell your talking about!!! this is a ligit company and I did have a debt with them, I admit I was having problems with all the collection calls but my friend referred me to these people. They made all the calls Stop and helped me get in touch with someone who got me on a payment plan that I could pay off my debt....Thank You Thank You :-)

This sounds like an ex-employee to me... i have paid off 2 loans through these companies and never been contacted again.  I learned my lesson, pay your debt ... thanks for the assistance

I have to agree with the two guys above -- i had been called by several collection agencies in the past and was treated badly --- Palmer James and Wolftech are both more like debt helpers -- got me back on track -- basically a gift from above -- praise the lord!!!

I got the same message on my cell phone for my husband who does not have any outstanding debt.

i f*k up i actually paid them 500 bucks cuz I work in law enforcement and was afraid of losing my job for fraud I did owe what they call me for but over charge me what I owed should I do a charge back I need help plz tell me what I should do if I did the right thing or not ?

I Got a call from ( phone #) saying he has documents to bring me. He said he was going to come to my work or home and that I needed to be available to sign for these papers. My friend had similar calls about her debt, she recommended I call 855-672-1988 and talk to this guy named Chris, if I want to get this situation resolved.

This Company has been calling me for the past year trying to collect a debt that I have proof of payment. Now they want me to fax them proof. The only proof I have that the debt was paid are my bank statements.
Is this a scam. I think it is.

I to have been getting calls from this number demanding I give them my social. So I said to the woman what is this debt for and can you supply me with the proper docs. I new I took out a loan but she says to me you give me your social ill supply you with the paperwork, well guess what that is not the way its going to work i told her and I terminated the call, she kept calling back so I kept ignoring her calls later that night I was talking to some people and told them about her and one of them had a number for me to call 8556721988 they were so pleasant and easy to deal with and since i contacted them all calls have ceased from that company

They've been calling me for about a year now. They threaten but they don't come to your home. It's just to scare you. They also go by the name Royce and assoc.
