No matter how many times you tell them you dont want account protection - they still keep calling!

Sick of the damb phone calls and have asked to be removed

I work nights sometimes..if these people call me 6 times during the day one more time..I am going to lose it!

Call several times a day and evening.  Even when I try to pick up to get rid of them they hang up.

They call many times - leave no message. If you call the number back, you are directed to leave your number to be put on their do not call list.

Calls from this number come frequently. On the occasion that I answer them they hang up

If you return this call you will get a recording saying that they are Barclays Bank calling to offer some kind of credit card offer.  They then say if you want to be removed from their calling list to call 1-877-523-0478 - their supposedly customer service number.  They tell you you will need you social security number to be taken off the list. Hmmmmm sounds like a big scam to me.  Please don't give out your Social Security number.  It think this is a big scam to pull off identity thefts. Please don't fall for their tactics.

Calls cvery evening I never answer!! It.is.getting on a nerve though.

As others have stated, I get two to three calls daily which I never answer. I have an account with Juniper, but that's going to change. Being that we know who the caller is, why can't they be stopped. What good are the laws regarding this activity.

I get at least 1-4 calls a day from this number, 800-931-6388. I never answered until today because it always says unknown name. When I finally did answer today there was silence, no one said a word. I called the # back and it says this is Barclays please enter the last 4 digits of your social security number. Then if you put in 4 random numbers it says thats wrong,  please enter your 9 digit social secuity number. Then it went on to say to call them at this #877-523-0478. The same process happens again. They say to enter your last 4 numbers of SS card so you can use the automated services. I can't find any way to get on a no call list. I looked up barclays and did find an e-mail address, donna@sparkpr.com I guess I'll try e-mailing them from an e-mail address that I don't use much and see what happens.

Will not take no for an answer, have tried to get on do not call list...does not help

These jerks have been calling my house for weeks.  I don't answer call that come from numbers that I do not know, they can leave a message if it's so dang important.  Now that I know who it is, I'm going to answer with a really rude comment, I will ask them if they give head in a foreign language.

Did you ever get a response from that email address?  I dare say, NO since the rest of their phone calling system is extremely ignorant and conniving.  But, of course, they keep calling and calling and calling and calling and calling!

Do you know for sure if these calls (8009316388) is from Barclay (Juniper bank? I have two differant credit card accounts with them, and dont know why they would continue to call on a daily basis 5-6 times a day. nothing on the other end when i answered. i ignore them now, but it is a pain to keep ringing my phone like that. If i knew for sure it was Juniper, i would close the accounts immediately. thanks for any assistance you can give.    Dave                 ( jddenn@aol.com )
