- Luther Trapezoid| 2 repliesI just got a letter from Chase that told me to call this 800-935-9935 number to tell them my occupation...something about bank policy. No way in hell am I going to do that, even if the request is legitimate. None of their business. And, anyway, if they really wanted to know, the could just look at my direct deposits and figure it out.
- JoeI do not have a Chase Acct. never have. I keep getting cards from this number, they never leave a message when I let go to voicemail, they just hang up and just call back.

JP Morgan chase is the right arm of the Federal Reserve, a privately owned system of banks that print debt notes ($dollars) & they are part of the Dept of Homeland Security, which is part of the war on terror a perfect war without a face, which means ANY face, like yours and mine could be a "terrorist". 1 Chase plaza, their NY & main HQ was sold to a Chinese investor for 50% of the value, which means JP Morgan Chase defaulted or "deal gone bad". More than you wanted to know; we will not be giving this info, they already have it; just as they have yours since the same Federal Reserve has the henchman organization called the IRS. - Robert DeChellisRecieved call from

- scwI received a call from this number for the 2nd time this evening! I answered as it stated on my phone that it was Chase survey! the lady was foreign and couldn't pronounce my name correctly and I bluntly said, "What do you need?" She abruptly hung up! I called the number back at which there was a voice mail stating that they were sorry they missed the call, but it was in regards to your most recent banking experience and if you wanted to call regarding getting the initial call to call 8009359935, which is the correct number for Chase Bank! They said that Chase hired a 3rd person to do surveys on their customers banking experiences! I was so upset and told the lady that my bank account is specifically private to me and me only with the exception of the bank itself! I told her to take me off any lists that wanted my reaction to customer service and if they wanted to know then they needed to send me a letter with the Chase Bank letter head, otherwise, I would treat any other calls pertaining to Chase Bank as harassment! She took my name off of any future lists and apologized and understood my position! I also told her that with all the telemarketers, scam, spam and robo calling, the last thing i needed to address is something from my bank causing more time and commotion! OH, she asked if the number was from my cell and I said no because I don't own a cell....I know call me crazy, but I am not purchasing another damn phone Hope this helps!!
- WCJ replies to JCIt is Chase Credit Card.........
- TalullahThe caller said she was from chase and was calling about an inquiry I made. My caller ID gave the Chase # but the caller gave a different call back # with a seven digit extension. Googled and it is a scam. I did make an inquiry but was told I would receive a letter via US mail in five to seven days. The call back # is 844-540-8024 x6583211. The caller id # is 800-935-9935.

- KarenReceived a missed call from 800-935-9935 on my work extension. They did not leave a message and I do not have any Chase accounts.
- Sandra Van Raalteit is chase bank , I call the number for my balances and on my deposits for work . when my account gets low or someone who tries to put a hold on my money chase sends me alerts and I love it . I have been scanned once all ready by being stupid lesson well learned.
- getrightPeople, don't be victims. Google "phishing" and "spoofing". Scammers can use a real company caller id name and phone number to fake you out. Sure, some people are getting real alerts but most are scammers. Don't answer it or you go on more call lists. If you don't do business with that company, Block it.
These scammers got so bad that I had to change my phone number after 28 yrs. I had to block ten new numbers a week from imposters. They were calling all day long. Your info is posted on internet, just google. We have no rights and we all should be given free unlisted numbers from phone companies. If you want to be solicited then opt to sign up, would you?- Caller: fake Chase
- Call type: Telemarketer
- AndrewPhone numbers can be spoofed, but this was actually Chase Bank calling with regard to a previously disputed credit card charge of which I was aware.
- Caller: Chase Bank
- Listen UpThe number may be real but the caller who is actually dialing your home or cell is spoofing the real Chase number to appear as if they are from Chase. So when you call the number back you may very well indeed be calling the Chase Fraud Department. This is, however, a scam.
- Caller: Spoofed Chase Number
- LadychiGot a call from 1-800-935-9935 at 8:45 am 11/20/14. I let my privacy manager software pick up the phone. It does so after two rings and then hangs up. If caller I.D. does not provide a legitimate name that I know, I don't answer the phone ever. That is my individual weapon against scammers left on my old Windows 98 computer. With the holidays at our door, no doubt this software will come in handy.
