Garbage! Tmobile Customer Service sucks, their coverage is spotty and they have so many in store CS issues you feel like killing someone like going postal. 49.99 a month means you pay for the phone and they charge you monthly charges to pay back the phone so 49.99 is not 49.99 bull it is more like 49.99 plus 15-25 for the phone reembursement per month plus tax etc. same goes for the 89.99.

Problems I have encountered include they sold me a phone which has know software issues such as resets on its own, locks up if you use it, overheats on the charger and is hot to the touch ...you name it Tmobile sells devices before they are ready for prime time. Also, I regularly get a message saying "your calling plan does not allow for you to call this number..." They never have fixed this issue; just deny it exists.

    CHECKED WITH TMOBILE
Wary of 800 numbers, I immediately called TMobile and asked if this was one of their numbers.
The T Mo rep stated that it wasn't a Tmobile number. HOWEVER, if they WERE, the only two things they will ask you is A) full name and B) last four of your social. I personally wouldn't take the chance, but it's your life!

    Its Tmobile Customer Service.

Its not collections or contract renewal necessary.  I was dealing with Tmobile Executive Customer Relations and this is the number that shows up when they return the call.  THe ECR claims to represent the Office of the President.  Its really just glorified customer service reps who usually are [***] and are not going to help  you anymore than the idiots who led you to escalate the matter.  They lie, don't follow up and are just total buffoons.  Im leaving Tmobile in 2012!!! YEAH

Got a call from this number a few minutes ago.  It's T-Mobile customer service.  They're trying to port my number and needed the correct password from my current carrier.

They've been calling my cell phone for days.  Tonight they left a message (after 9:00 pm which is supposed to be the cut off.)  The guy called me  by my first name, saying he's from the company I had just spoken with (?) about the rate change on my account.  He then offered an unlimited phone, talk and text plan for $49.99.  I've not spoken to anyone, have had the same company for years and do not plan on changing.  Something is wrong here. I'm reporting them.

I called the number and it is a valid T mobile customer service number.  I did not input any info but called 611and they confirmed that it is the number they call you with for call backs or letting you know about unusally roaming usage.  It is a good number.

The number is T-mobile but it's obviously being faked to be used by scammers. The reason scammers make a living scamming is because of folks who take everything at face value. No... it's NOT T-mobile when it's someone FAKING T-mobile's line.

It is a valid T-Mobile number and could be for a wide variety of reasons.  This number can be verified by simply going to the website TMobile or T-Mobile and doing the search for that number.  The search will return hits for both "Customer Service" and "Customer Care".

    Good day.

As of today, 03-08-2012, this number is T-mobile - a customer care line.  I didn't answer it at first, because I didn't recognize it -- I did the right thing, immediately came to this website and started reading to see who it was.

By the time I was done reading, it had rolled to voicemail.  I listened, and it is the same customer service rep who was helping us yesterday with technical difficulties on my daughter's phone.  She identified herself by name, referenced the ticket number, trouble we were having, etc.  Same woman.  Very courteous.  She had called to follow up and let us know the techs were still working on our issues.

So this is indeed a legit T-mobile number, at this time.  Whether it ever belonged to scammers before it was registered to T-mobile, who knows?  Quite likely, since this log goes back seven years.

I'm listing this call as "Event Reminder," although I'm not sure if it's the right term to use.  It was a service issue followup.

Okay, this is a serious matter! Someone stole my credit card info. about 2 years ago! I assumed that everything would be fine once I changed my bank account information and reported it to transunion; however, this is a big mistake thinking this. I've been going through a lot since then. Paying attention to my t-mobile bill was the last of my worries. It's not uncommon for me to be over my minutes; therefore, I would sometimes pay extral; however, lately my life has gotten more stable. As a result, I've been paying more attention to my bills. I've noticed that the amount that I'm getting charged has varied drastically within the last few months. Once I''d researched the matter, I've noticed that it's been this way for at least a year! Ironically, once I tried to match up my cell phone payments to my bank statements, payment dates are inconsistent! Upon further review, I noticed that payments were made to them via this number! I've NEVER used this number for customer services! The cell phone service number is COMPLETELY different. And in responses to previous comments, I"VE NEVER signed up for a flex-pay plan either! REPORT THEM IMMEDIATELY

This number isn't a scam. It is T-Mobile. To be specific, it is the number that shows up on your caller ID when you get a call from "T-Mobile Executive Resolutions" or "T-Mobile Office of the President."

If you file a complaint with T-Mobile and any channels you go through don't help, it gets forwarded to the Executive Resolutions team. They check out your "case" and if it is a valid issue with your account (not a past due bill), they open a case and assign it to one of the members that work for "The Office of the President."

They are CS reps who have a lot more leeway.
