- cynde replies to RayinFL| 5 repliesgot a call from this number trying to get personal info. they stated that they were Bank of America. I reported this scam.
- Tara replies to cynde| 4 repliesI just got the call too, it was a guy named Bradely who said he works for Sports Limited. I knew it was a scam b/c I know the customer care number. I called T-Mobile to report it.
- TBIRDThis number is T-Mobile. Most likely what is happening is one of 3 things:
1) You have an outstanding balance (or have a number that is an old contact # for someone else)
2) You have a current contract with them, or
3) Someone gave your number as a contact number when calling the tech support line (or a number got mixed up). When you call the 800 # from a line other then your T-Mobile line, they ask for a call back number in case you get disconnected or they need to follow up with you. Many people do not "hear" the second part, they think it is in case they get disconnected they can call right back. - happytmocustTmobile was just reminding me to return my replacement phone. Handed it over to my UPS driver when he delivered something. No big deal. To my knowledge, they don't call when you're past due, just send you FREE T-Mobile texts. LOVE T-Mobile, just wish they had gotten the iPhone contract. Oh, well.. in the future!

- meCalled me on my tmobile cell phone, then asked about a number ending in 4 digits which is not the number he called and is not a cell phone. He was very honest and up front about everything, but I was still too sketched out by a 3rd party calling me "on behalf" of tmobile and getting my information wrong. It just seemed strange that a 3rd party company even had my personal info (at least name and phone number) that is supposed to be secure with tmobile - a company who I have always trusted and respected. I confirmed that the number they were calling me from was in fact a Tmobile number, which is just confusing. Why even say that you are calling from a 3rd party company?
All in all, nothing horrible, just strange.- Caller: On Process Technology on behalf of Tmobile

- MTTI received multiple calls from this number this morning, but the automated message was getting cut off by my voicemail. I finally picked up on the third call, and it is an automated message from T-Mobile's customer service line doing a 'callback'. They asked that if I was a Mr. So-and-so I should press 2 to speak to a callback representative, and if this callback should be cancelled to press 9. I pressed 9. It was clearly a case of a wrong number, though I do have T-Mobile service.

- BrentTmobile calling? How dare they ring my phone to advertise to me. I will cancel T-mobile at the next opportunity.
This is a prepaid phone. I get charged a dollar for any use of the phone in any given day. So even though T-mobile to T-mobile is free (the minute they bothered me did not cost me 10 cents) I was billed a dollar for answering it on a phone I would not otherwise have used that day.- Caller: T-mobile

- mzalareceived a call from this number, 800-937-8997, 7:40 AM on a Sunday morning, a big-NO NO, with FCC for telemarketing, billing calls, even if you do have a business relationship with company. no message left, called the number back and it rang to t-mobile (I have a prepaid). their rep stated no record of any reason for call to me. next time, will go to FCC for complaint, re time of call violation.

- MTGot 3 calls and 2 voice mails on the same day. Didn't answer the calls or hear the messages because they came on my Verizon prepaid plan and that would have cost me more than $1.00. Funny thing is I do have a T-Mobile prepaid also (I have that because even though it has pretty bad coverage, it's much cheaper than Verizon.)
