I am going to track these people down and give all the info I can to my state attorney general.

I just received two calls from the Northland Group at 1-800-942-1572. They were looking for my girlfriend's daughter and "insisted" that they needed to talk to her. For one, this is my "personal" cell phone number which by right no one has my information, except for important people. After receiving the second call, I called her daughter as she informed me that she does not know of such company and what this regarded too. Upon calling back this company I had informed them of what she had told me and they got rude and told me to shut up and not to yell at them, which by now I was fired up, because of breach of confidentiality on their part. Anyway, this company (after hearing other representatives in the background) are truly bogus and don't know their communicative skills with customers. Therefore it tells me that this company is truly bogus and needs to be investigated to the highest. Sorry, Northland Group...you pissed the wrong hacienda off today. Thanks!!!!!

I This kind of calls are harrasment.
I called them back and let him know if they call me and still harrasmen me i will go to policie and present charges.

They are from the Northland Group- a collection agency. When I finally got
through I spoke with a very rude man who wouldn't listen so i asked to speak with supervisor.  Paul Vann is his name @ # 866-212-4368. This is not
my debit by they hound me... For help read the Fair Debit Collection Practices Act.

Annoying calls from this number

they called me and asked for my friend, but it's not her number. They are so rude. How do I get them to stop calling me?

You should kick your friends [***] for giving them your number for a contact number. They call me looking for someone who used to have my cell number. I cuss them daily. I ended up emailing them via their website and had to be "professionally rude". http://www.northlandgroup.com/contact.
 If this dosen't work you can get a Cease and desist sent to them VIA certified mail. Next time they call, ask for their supervisor.

Very rude, what an ass. Don't know them don't want to know them.

They call at all hours of the day!! I also get calls from 'private' and 'unknown' numbers. I know it has to be them....  Any suggestions on how to stop these calls?  They have even gotten my work number some how and now call me at work.  What can I do?

Please what can I do to stop those guys calling me?

800-942-1572 has called my home ar least 2 times a day for more than 1 week.  They don't leave a message.

They call every day and on my cell also! A recording repeats please hold for the next available operator on and on

My girlfriend and I just called them when we saw we missed a call, we got someone named Paul who was very friendly and pulled us off there calling list within a few minutes when he found out we were not who he was looking for ^^.

They call and several times nothing. When I finally talked with someone they accuse me of a debt I do not have since I do not have credit cards and my student loans are up to date.  They just call me a lair and have just been calling back. I have asked them not to call me. But they are vultures.

Called for my fiance, but it wasn't even his number. Annoyed they wont deal with me, but they also shouldn't call my numbers

They called here three times today but there was nothing when I picked up. I called within 1 minute of the last call to ask why they were calling and was told my phone number is not even in their system !

i screen all calls so i did not answer it.

A person from this number called my house, looking for someone who did not live here.  When I asked what the call was about, the "guy" said, can "he" be reached here, and my reply was, no, but is it about, the response was an approburt, "personnal".  The guy then asked, why was I asking, my reply was, because you called MY number, he said "SO".

Caller left number to call back as: 1-888-480-1534. However that is not on my call log. The number on call log is: 1-800-942-1970 which is not NCO from the call back number left but this debt agency. Same company using different numbers? Different locations? Called back twice to 888 number, recording for NCO and call may be recorded. Clicks and then phone dead or second time: rings, no one answers. Annoying and should be stopped.

Just called and they wanted my social security number.  Stay away, I told them they were not getting that and they told me surprisingly, they needed it. They then just hung up.


I also called several times before and got their voicemail.
