Received several phone calls from this number.

I signed up for a Bank of America credit card which has my old LL Bean credit card number. I, too, have asked each time they call to shove it, you know where. Today I called BOA customer service and cancelled their card. I also called LL Bean. While I know it isn't LL's fault I told them that this makes their company look bad. I also asked that they check through GOOGLE and see how many people are fed up with this.

if you have a credit card that is managed by FIA card services then you do have a relationship with Bank of America, as FIA is Bank of America.

If you have a credit card with a small, medium sized or regional bank it is possible that it is managed by FIA card services, they are pretty huge

Exactly right the lesson here is you need to call the company calling you and tell them you wish to "opt out" and to be put on their do not call list.

THEN if they continue to call you have an additional call of action, however no major company will risk calling you once a FORMAL request has been asked of them to stop.

filed 2 complaints with do not call registry on 2 different phone numbers and the calls stopped immediately

If you do business with Bank of American in any way, ie bank account, credit card, etc, the DO NOT CALL list does not apply.  Any company you do business with, or if you have ever signed up for something where in the small print you agree that they can share your information with associates they can call.  Charities and political associates are also exempt.  I received a call from the number tonight which is why I ran the number.  I have a Bank of America credit card so I will just ignore further calls, as I have already told them I am  not interested.

If none of the above apply then call and report them for violating the list.

I got a call from them tonight, I get this call 3-7 times a week.  I put our phone on the list for those who dont receive solicited phone calls.... guess that didnt work lol, THIS IS BULL receiving calls from these ANNOYING people who have no education bothering us WITH an education! its soo annoying

Could not answer, was busy.  Number ID'D, no message.

We have gotten multiple calls from this number for the past week.  I don't answer, because we have caller id.  I am tired of getting these calls.  They don't leave a message, so I know it isn't important.  I really would like the calls to stop.  We are on the do not call list.

Called this number and spoke to a representitive.  First thing I said was "I'm calling to be taken off of your call list."  The rep took my number and was very polite.  He asked if I was a BoA customer (which I'm not) and he said I'll be removed in two to three weeks.  They call all the time, but at least customer service isn't terrible.  Now to wait three weeks until an FCC complaint.

seems to call all most every evening.  sometimes as late as 8:55

hi I'm getting calls from this number as well. I keep getting calls for my ex husband and a lot of them are from Navy Federal Credit Union. This person blows my phone up too. Just thought maybe I could offer some info on the 877-819-6042 I also want to say that I'm not positive it is NFCU bc I do not answer this call.

they call 5 to ten times a day.  when i answer i can't even understand them.

calls me every day.  I am sick of these people calling me.  I am on the do not call list too.  I paid off my credit cards and don't want anything to do with bank of america

Constantly trying to sell me things that I already declined the day before.

800-943-3022 has called my home 7 times today and 5 times yesterday.

This isn't necessarily Bank of America.  Different credit card companies outsource this company to offer credit card protection benefits.  I called them back and asked to be taken of their list.  They were very polite.
