Woman asked for my wife and when I said she was not home yet they hung up.

Said it was from SAI card services who services my platinum card.  When asked what card, he said my delux card.  He could not tell me just what card he was talking about; was actually fishing for card names/types.  I told him good buy and hung up.  I did *69 and the number callign was 800-943-3022.  This company has been calling here for a couple of weeks and finally got me.

They are calling all  hour's of the day and nite.I would like it to stop.Some times the guy sounds drunk or druged. thank  you marlene

Constant calling all time of day and night

I receive three to four calls a day, every day, for at least a couple of weeks now.  There is never anyone on the line, but I let the answering machine take it or someone might come on later.   The line does not sound live though.   It is annoying and I am on the Do Not Call List and do not appreciate it.

LOL this is a misconception some people have.  

Your comment is incorrect.  If you are a customer of Bank of America or FIA card services, they can call you with offers no matter if you are in the national DNC list or not. National DNC registry only protects you from cold callers with whom you have no previous relationship.

You have to ask to be removed from their lists separately, or simply inform them when you get a account with them that you wish to opt out of all marketing and don't want your information to be shared with other divisions or 3rd parties.

Nice to know there's intelligent life on this planet!! I, too, have a separate line, and the number is used only to fill out credit card applications, contests, shopping cards, etc.  They in turn sell it to other vendors.  In other words, people I really don't need to speak with.  I get 5-10 calls a day on the line.  I never hear the phone because the ringer is off.  Hardly any of the callers leave a message.  So all these complaints about telemarketers kind of amuse me.

I love your solution. I have found that the selective call forwarding sevice is a great feature. I have found some success in forwarding there phone call back too there own number. They call them selves and the line is always busy. Keep them great Ideas coming.

I keep getting called by B of A marketing. I told them to stop and they won't, I just don't answer the phone anymore unless I know who is calling.

Obnoxious.  They call from the 800-943-3022 number, and I've got it blocked.  So, they change their caller number to 1-1-800-943-3022 to get by it.  They refused to say who was calling, but said it was a "courtesy call".

I've told them to stop calling - doesn't help.  Also filed a complaint with the Do Not Call web site.

From Bank of America. Calling several times in a row even though I asked them not to call. Called on my home phone number which is unlisted.

These people from Bank of America keep calling me no matter what.  I've told them again and again, I am not interested and not thank you.  They don't respect that, they just keep calling.  Now when they call me, I just tell them, "Just a minute", and put the phone down for an hour.  Serves them right if the idiots stay on the line.

CALL ELAINE THE PLAN ADMISTRATOR FROM CSI AT 1-888-688-6938 and ask to be taken off their list. I have had over 50 call in 3 weeks on my caller ID. I too am on the do not call list. What a joke that is..

Call on Saturday, February 21st, exactly 1:00pm. Picked up the phone, heard no background noise. Whistled the "fax" tone and the system immediately hung up. Added their number to my blocked caller list with LINGO.

Calls everyday...machine picks up they hang up.  Today I answered and they asked for my someone which I know has not cc with BofA.  I asked them what this was about and they refused to give any information.  They did however say the call was from the Phillipines and hung up.  I called "O" asking for assistance and was told there is nothing they can do.
