- zSame here - he called claiming I had a problem with Microsoft. I told him I was on the Do Not Call registry and not to call again. He wouldn't quit, and even asked if I was home alone. I hung up on him. He immediately called back several more times before I got the number blocked.
- sfrDid not answer. He left no message. I blocked his number (if you don't have the Panasonic phone that blocks 250 numbers, get one!)
- Caller: White, Clayton
- kitI got a call from Clayton White, didn't answer. He didn't leave a message. I've had calls from microsoft before - I don't have microsoft - and it's always just shown the number on the ID. I don't answer my phone unless it is a number I recognize and want to talk to the person. This is the first time it had an actual name. If this scumbag is really Obama's cousin, why doesn't Mr. Obama ask Clatyton to quit bothering decent citizens, since ot gives the family a bad name. After all I did vote twice for Mr. Obama, or was it that I voted against the person running on the other ticket.

- Nan replies to FrustratedI got the same scam call from clayton white...i didn't pick up and the jerk left no message. In the past i've gotten calls about my computer having problems and the guy has an Indian accent! Beware!
- SteveJust let it ring through to voicemail. Guess what?! NO message was left.
- CliffReceived call from 1-801-225-4320, no message left. I do not answer any calls from unknown numbers, period. Caller ID said Clayton White, and I do not know anyone by that name. For some reason, I, for the past few months have been getting a ton of calls from spoofed numbers, including the odd 1-000-000-0000 and also 1-999-999-9999. I believe someone I do business with (or have done business with in the past) is selling my information, because I do have an unlisted phone #. My advice is to get a phone with blocking features and never answer calls you don't recognize. If it is for you, and legit, they will leave a message. Most of these scammers don't ever leave a message, in my experience. Block these [***].

- A| 1 replyCalls us repeatedly everyday, despite being on the DNC list.
Sick of this crap, reported them to the FCC- Caller: Didn't have one just a bunch of random numbers on the ID above phone number
- A replies to ABtw, I was reporting the number only because it is obviously "spoofed." I realize that the number probably belongs to some innocent victim somewhere out there. Please keep that in mind if calling the number back. Most likely it is spoofed by an overseas scammer.
- Minneapolis, MN| 1 replyCalled our house at 10pm. I did not answer and he did not leave a message.
- Minneapolis, MN replies to Minneapolis, MNAlso, on our call, the name part of the caller ID said 12022040484, not Clayton White as others have said, and the number showed the 1-801-225-4320.
- Mike replies to Deebest strategy, call block them - DO NOT RESPOND. If you pick up the phone they put you on the "live number" list. If PISS THEM OFF they put you on their "revenge list" .... take it from experience, call block and move on. eventually they will try from another number, so you get one of those phones that has hundreds of space for call blocking.
yes I agree, the DNC list doesn't work. the root problem is VOIP. they can spoof the system. go back to the Ma Bell system and it worked back them ... physical number could be traced and blocked. VOIP is ineffective. - CordeliaJust called, but may not have heard me speaking, hung up without saying more
- Caller: Clayton White was on the caller ID
- Annoyed phone ownerI received a call today from Clayton White at 3:21 this afternoon -- fortunately, I was at work. He declined to leave a message -- broke my heart (not!). I switched to an Ooma system a couple of years ago and now go out to the Ooma website once a week or so and check the numbers that have called. Most are bogus so I just put them on the "junk/ignore" list. If they should call back after that time, my phone won't ring at all -- but all they'll hear is an unanswered, ringing phone -- and I hope that they waste a lot of time letting it ring, hoping that someone will eventually answer! The only thing that could bring more satisfaction would to somehow cause corrosive acid to spray out of their mouthpiece and headset!
- MariaGot a call from this number - name on caller ID said "Clayton White" but the person who was on the other end had a very thick Indian accent. He tried to tell me he was "following up" on some security threat to my Windows computer. Classic scam.
