It's December now and I'm wondering how did your experience end up?

Called 2-3 times today.  Hangs up every time.  I outsmarted them by calling back with my cell.  They identified themselves as Teleperformance, a company providing phone service.  Informed her that their business model sucks as they always hang up.  She said "must be the auto dialer".  Asked for my number to be removed and provided her with the number.  She said within 48 hours it will be removed.  My next call will be to the FTC...won't be the 1st one I've reported.

Numerous calls from 'Teleperformance 801-297-7808' each day.  I was expecting a phone call one day and picked up the phone without looking at the caller ID.  They asked for my husband by name.  I then noticed the caller ID with the above information.  We've also received numerous calls from 'Unavailable' with no number shown.  Not sure if this is the same company or not.

I've been receiving calls from this number several times a day. I can't tell who is calling as they appear as "unknown" on the caller ID, so I have not answered them. It is annoying though because they usually call when it is most inconvenient to answer the phone. They never leave a message. My number is on the Do Not Call list and is also unlisted, unpublished.

I've also been getting these calls.  Fortunately we have caller-id, and I've instructed my 3 children not to answer calls from this number.  I'll be checking with my phone company if this number can be permanently blocked from my number.

This person has called several times in the past week. Either leaves no message, or doesn't respond when I say hello.

The ID of these calls shows up as TELEPERFORMANCE. They call about twice a day. I do not answer and they do not stop calling. Eventually they all go away...........

i called is corporate telmarketing company for BA and other she said.  I told her i dont even have a card.  I think its bigger scam. but they said they removed me. six calls a day.  my guess is any sucker who chooses to take the insurance will give up their card number and get rolled..total fraud, though  these calls were against the law now

I got the call about 4:30 p.m. EST today and let the machine get it - no message was left.  Here's a little something I do when I am close by the phone when one of "these people" call.  As soon as the caller ID registers the number and I know it's junk, I lift the receiver and immediately hang it up to "kill" the connection.  It stops the ringing and gives you a little satisfaction knowing they didn't even get to the answering machine.  Try it the next time and it will make you feel good.

What can be done to stop these exasperating idiotic calls? For several weeks I have been receiving these calls - sometimes 2 or 3 times a day.  If I answer the phone, there is no one on the other end. Can anything be done to prevent this childish behavior?

I am on the no-call list but are receiving calls from this number (801-297-7808) many times each day.  May I press charges against them?  (Is there some way I can help you catch them?)

Calls 2,3,4 times a day - no message, and this is just the last 2-4 days. I don't pick up but it is most in convenient since I should be om the "do not call list".

Getting calls from this number at least 2-3 times a day and let it go to voicemail.  Got curious and dialed back the number.  A recording came on and stated that it was Cincinnati Bell Wireless and the number was disconnected.  Irritating.

Bank of America has been calling me constantly with 3 other numbers. I told them one time before I won't deal with Bank of America because of the way they do business and they way they screw with me. I told them to take me off their calling list. They did, then they started calling me thru 3 other numbers. I had to do the donotcall option. Finally, it stopped, last week. Now, they are back with this number. They never quit. They are constantly wasting money on 3rd parties and still need a bail out, lol.

I have been getting calls from unknown name and unknown number/unknown name and this number off and on ALL DAY LONG for MONTHS, sometimes with only five minutes or so between calls and well into the evening. I believe that "they" finally decided to show the phone number, thinking that I would answer. However, I DO NOT answer ANY unknown caller or unknown number calls. You would think that "they" would have gotten the hint by now.  Needless to say that the frequency of these calls is terribly annoying.  Obviously these calls are from some company that is able to "get around" the DO NOT CALL list.

been getting calls from this number several times a day for weeks.  when I tried to call the number, at 10 a.m. on a weekday I got a voice recording that didn't identify the company and said the company was only open m-f 8-5.  Since I called during that time, I'm not sure why I didn't get anyone.  I've blocked the number.

the,ve been calling 2-3 times a callingBOA tomorrow to harass a person after you tell them no!!! several times!! someones head needs to roll. after i call my branch if i get another call someone at corporate going to get calls then my local congress man think everyone should at least call there branch managers if you dont bank with them call the closest branch and raise some HELL!!!!

Have been getting numerous calls from "Teleperformance", no one answers even if we pick up (trying to tell them not to call again).  My husband works nights, so getting 3 calls in the middle of the day is annoying to say the least!  We're already on the do not call list.  It has been going on for 2 weeks now.
