they have called 2 or 3 times a day for the past 7 weeks - never leave message; phone always rings 4 times

Its from Bank of America trying to enroll you in a credit report program.  This number has called my house MULTIPLE times each day and when I answer there is no one there....(yes I do wait a few sec too).  I told hem to take me off the call list.  They said it would take 30 days....I am sure they will call many times before then.  Soooo frustrating!

I have been getting these calls too.  Mostly they hang up when we answer.  I did answer one night and was told that it was BOf A offering credit protection.  I already have a private firm that does this and I turned them down, but they still keep calling my number.

This company keeps calling my house after I told them over and over again to stop calling.  I reported them many times with the Do Not Call Registry, I am now seeking legal action.

so i got a call from this number. she started to name off my address not correct. then she named off the last of my social not correct. so then i told her that non of the info was correct so she gave me a customer service number turns out it was sprint nextel customer service number. tried to call the number back and it said call is being transferred and then sat on hold for 10 min while i read this and no one still answered. DONT answer if they call you major fraud. Oh and i dont even have Bank Of America

called twice today..they did not leave any messages

Every night.... call or calls from 801-297-7808. This needs to stop. No one responds when I say "hello". a few seconds pass and then the call disconnects !

Getting calls from this number multiple times a day.
I do not answer as I do not recognize it and believe it to be a scam.  Whoever it is never leaves a message.  I want them to stop calling me.

I started receiving calls from this number this week, on 2/22.  They seem to only call during the day, while I'm working, and like everyone else here, they don't leave a message.  I was recently in Sundance and wondered if it was related to attending the festival, however, seeing the posts here, I will have to guess that would be a "negative."

called our homne phone today and when I answered "hello" click, whoever called just hang up, I hope you guys get these people and cancel their phone system 'coz I'm about to report these crooks to the authorities 'coz they're like a pest and no telling what kind of damage will do 'till it attack, I really believed that they're waiting for the opportunity to con someone, so please do something about this, it's getting out of hand......

Called several times. Will not leave message, hangs up if answered. I will now start answering and hanging up immediatly, so they will be charged for call.

This is a call center who contracts to do solisitations on behalf of companies.  i just called the number back and when I spoke to the rep they asked for my number and said they were calling for BofA offering privacy protection.  They were very nice, and she even said that they call from a number bank provided by their clients.  They call for many differant compainies when I said i wasn't interested she said they would pull the name and it usually take a day to stop the call.  I was supprised she was very nice and didn't even try to pressure me to sell something

Have received numerous calls from them. I finally answered and they asked for someone I have never heard of. I told them that and they are still continuing to call.

The call is from Bank Of America and they're trying to sell you, if you have their credit card, a credit monitoring service for $12.99 a month. I've had their card since 2003 and have refused any telemarketing offers. I did contact Bank Of America by logging into my account and sending an e-mail asking for this to cease. My e-mail was answered in an hour. The representative said that they will stop " telephone solicitation" to me. We'll see if they can be trusted or not. I saved their e-mail on my account page. I guess the new credit card legislation didn't stop banks from telemarketing.

At least 2 times a day we get a call from this number.

They called here today and for the past week at least once a day. We finally answered and they asked for me by name. Did not talk to them, and they didnt say they represented a company
