received call from this number offering identity protection on Bank of America account, I hung up.

We don't answer any 800 number or obvious telemarkter call.  We have recieved this call and number repeatedly over the last month or more, it comes up on Caller ID as "Salt Lake City."  We ignore it, and have never attempted to answer it.  It's getting annoying...

I have received calls sometimes up to twice a day. Its coming from Salt Lake City, Ut. I never answer if it is someone or someplace I don't know.  They never leave a message,  I figure it is a farce.

This company has been calling for days, usually twice a day - once in the morning and once in the evening. I answered the phone yesterday. The caller asked for my husband by his first and last name, I replied that he wasn't home, and asked if I could take a message. She said "no message" and then hung up.

Since everyone has been saying that this is a telemarketing company hired by BoA or, at least, pretending to represent BoA, I decided to check our BoA account to see if the phone number we're being called on is the same phone number registered to our account. Nope. Our cell phone number is our BoA contact number. We're being called on our home phone. So, at least I have that ammunition if we're called back.

Called daily, never hear anybody.  Call them get an answering service that never goes anywhere.

We need to be talking to Bank of America and let them know this "company" is representing them and how poorly.

I have been getting these calls daily for a few weeks.  All coming from Salt Lake City.  I answered today and talked to a lady who told me about the Bank of America protection.  Well she kept screwing up and finally said that "I can't do this" and hung up.  If they call me again tomorrow and I am home to answer it, I am going to lay into them.

Several times daily and sundays for months day morning and  night I get called from  801-297-7808. No messages left. I also receive several from private caller and unknown number. I am so tired of this.

I called the number back after receiving nightly calls for over 2 weeks.  The operator said they are a call center who would be calling with an offer from a corporate client, when I mentioned they were calling a number on the do not call list, they informed me that it would be a call from someone I do business with.  Told them to take me off their list.

When you are receiving calls from this number, the system is keeping track of the time that you answer.  Then that information is fed back into the system so that it knows when you are likely to be home for a "real" call.  I wish I knew how to stop this though!  I'll keep reading other posts to see if someone figured that part out.

I get calls from this number several times a day , everyday, it comes up Salt Lake City UT, I finally called back , it immediately says , transfer your call , then music, hung on for about a minute , no one picked up. SCREW THEM!!!!!!

For about a week we were getting calls from 801-297-7810 - they would
call at least two times a day.  Yesterday, calls started coming from
801-297-7808.  We've received six so far.  All of the calls are identified
as "out of the area - UTAH". We are on the National Do Not Call List and
I have filed a complaint about the first number - and will also file one
about the second number. Reading these posts, someone mentioned the calls
are coming from Bank of America.  I did answer the phone a few weeks ago.
Wasn't near the caller ID so didn't know who was calling.  Turned out to
be Bank of America offering me credit protection - told them I already
have it with someone else (and for a much cheaper rate than they were
offering) - the gal was rather annoyed and pushy saying she was sure
her plan was much better.  I said "Thank You" and hung up.  Now that
I know it's Bank of America or an agent of theirs, I am going to contact
them directly about being annoyed several times a day - yesterday it was
four times.  I have a new phone that keeps track of the numbers calling
us. It is bad enough I have to deal with tons of junk mail, now it's
junk phone calls.  HELP!!!!

We get three calls a day, No one will say anything on the other end and We are getting sick of it !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received several calls a day from this number. When I do answer no one is on the line.. When I call back the number right after they have call me I get an automated massage saying "our office is currently closed, please call back during our normal business hours".  The message mentions nothing about what company I called or what! Im quit irritated because I get 3-5 calls a day from them!

I got call from this number twice this morning. Will watch out. I guess BofA gives out a lot of our data to their business partners.

I've rec 3 & 4 calls daily.  I've answered three times in three days; one just now at 9:00 on Saturday morning, after a 60 hr work week, and after I told them last night at 7:00 PM, a mere 14 hrs. ago, that I was not interested in their services and would like to be removed from their list.  I was told they were Bank of America...  trying to sell me identity theft protection.  I'm even on the so-called "no-call" list.

I get calls from this # quite frequently. They never say anything. I have been having a problem with a girl that has the same name as me and lives in my city. She has defaulted on too many things to list and I get her collection calls. So I thought perhaps this was one. Now I'm not so sure. I have called back and been put immed. on hold. Just received a call and called it back on Sat at 10:45 AM est and they aren't even open?? Whatever! I won;t answear it again!

We also have been receiving these phone calls.  I looked up teleperformance.com and found THEIR phone number.  I called them and told them to put me on their do not call list.  I hope this works.

These losers have nothing better to do than constantly harrass people in their homes. They need to get a life and a real job instead of stealing hard-working American's money. Eventually karma will bite them right in the @ss.

these people have called call twice daily for the last 4 weeks - it comes up as unavailable with this number; no one ever leaves a message
