This number calls between 5 or 10 times every single day. Like everyone else is saying, there is no one there and they leave no message. I got so fed up that I blocked there number with my phone company and then called it back and left them numerous messages. I tried to be as annoying as I could in EVERY message. I don't understand how a company plans on getting any business ever by annoying people. I told them to google the number in one of my messages so they can see the thousands of people that can't stand them!!

Michelle, They still are calling me as of today. It is very annoying. I hope they take your suggestion and look at all the different websites of our complaints. Great idea!!

These guys call me up 8 times everyday for the past week! Never leave a voice mail and the one time I picked up they asked who was speaking! I don't answer and they don't get the hint of leaving a voice mail. They won't leave me alone!

Maybe you got help Jen ,but I get annoying calls.Email this guy, and tell them to cease.Call the office number too,I did.

keep getting calls on my cell phone from this number up to several times a day and its very annoying.

Calls 2 or 3 times a day. Left music on voice message. When I answer, nothing but silent.

I talked to a woman, she said she was calling about my 15 year old brother taking a mortgage out on a house, i called them out on a scam, she started laughing and said it must've been for an ipod or something.  I asked if they had a do not call list and she refused to answer and proceeded to disregard any of my concerns.

I would say jen holmes, 1/19/09 and Jennifer homes same date, are also the same people, just spelled the name different, and I would guess that YOU jen/Jennifer are indeed Corey from this Apex Alarm Co. who is bugging people with numerous intrusive calls, from the number 801 - 765-5976, and that your cell # is or was as reported by viper, 801-380-1829, and that you are also looking at this site to read all the complaints about you! You waited a while and now you are at it again~ well, I won't p/up so go bug someone else!!!!!!!!

I have called repeatedly about canceling the contract. again they did not explain to us that we were in a contract for 5 years! They only tell you that when you call to cancel service! And then they tell you if you cancel you will owe 2500 dollars! OUTRAGEOUS! I do not know what else to do. I have already contacted my bank about not letting automatic withdrawls be taken out from this company. because APX will not listen when I told them to stop taking it out of my bank account! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A JOKE!

If anyone has any information about a class action lawsuit or anything else regarding cancelation of their account with APX I sure would like to hear from you!

Get a call from this company about 7 times a week. I answered it once, guy was young, said his name was Logan something. I told him we are on a Do Not Call list and I was going to report him and he better take me off of their call list, he said "mam just say please" I said "I don't have to say anything, take me off your list now" and he kept saying that I had to say "please".  I hung up.  I will report him for being rude and illegal business services.

I have gotten several calls from this 801-765-5976 and is being going on for several days. My cell no is registered in the Do Not Call list. I am going to report them so I don't get anymore of these annoying calls.

No one on the line calls come about 6 0r 7 each day on my cell number which is on the NDNCL.

Caller ID is APX ALARM. Has called several times in past few days. Two days ago, my wife answered the phone and it was a man who asked for my daughter by name. Yesterday when the number came up, I answered and didn't say anything. They hung up. Today, when the number came up I answered and said "Hello?" and the caller said something like "That's not how you answered yesterday." and then hung up.

I received 4 phone calls between yesterday and today and never got any voicemails. I was working at the times the calls were made and was not able to answer. I called back the number just now, and I got an automated menu from a company called Apex Securities. I listened to my choices and #4 was taking my phone number off their list. After pushing #4, I got some lady's voicemail. I then left a detailed message, explained the phone calls and specified that I do not want to be called again and to have them take me off their list. I also stated that I did not know who they were or how they got my number. So I guess we will see what happens!

This number shows up on my caller ID as APX ALARM. They call all hours of the day and night and ring my phone everyday! Today I finally answered and there was no one on the line. THey never leave a message either.

Just got a call from that number and googled it!!! Thank you all for letting me in on this scam! Won't be picking up ANY calls from the 801 area code! has anyone contacted the BBB there?? or the Attorney General's Office???

I just got a call from them, get it every so often I just hang up or tell them to [***] off!
