2 calla so far today and 1 last night. I don't pick up because it is unknown number to me.

I keep calls from this number about 3 times a day for the last 3 weeks. They don't leave a message. I called the number back and it says its APX Alarm Systems.

idiot home security system sales, just keep them on the line, waste as much of their time as possible maybe that will put them out of business

That's the same phone number I have been getting calls from. Glad I used this site. This number doesn't leave a message. So I will block them from my provider.

Calls without reasons

Home Security Group. Same deal as everyone says. Asked how he got my cell number, said from an online retailer and he would transfer me to someone who would remove it, hung up. Call back from this number from a different one. Dead air, hang up.

It is not Apex, it is APX Alarm.
Called me, I picked up, no answer. They hanged up. I hanged up.
I don't know what's going on except my day being interrupted for no reason.

Called twice...no message

OK - After receiving numerous calls from this number, with no message left, also the caller ID says VIVINIT, I looked the number up, got this information here. I called the number, pressed #4 to have my number removed. The message says, "to have your number removed, please leave your name and phone number."  I (rudely) stated I will not leave my name, but do not call my number again...and gave my number. We'll have to see if they actually do not call again since I already have an alarm system installed. POS....I am also on the do not call list - I wonder if THAT even works...hummm.

We have all been disturbed by unsolicited calls by many different companies but just because a company calls you to tell you about their product doesn't make them a scam.. Take some responsibility to know you rights as a consumer.Here are some tips for you. . If you never answer the phone you are essentially waiving your rights and they can continue to legally call you up to 30 times in some cases.. If you get an unwanted calls just answer the phone and politely ask to be placed on the Do Not Call List. If you get a call the second time after asking to be put on the DNC list, Ask to speak with their supervisor and/or request a written copy of their Do Not Call Policy. This will most likely get your phone record not only DNC's but completely removed from their Phone system.

Another thing, make sure that you are aware and mindful of what you "Opt In" to while your on the internet.. Many times you give a company the right to call you by clicking a small check box at the bottom of a web page or responding to an Ad for something free. This is not shady, it is marketing and the company is just trying to connect with the right demographics of people who want their products.

I get several calls everyday from this number and it is annoying. No message on voicemail if I don't answer and yesterday, a guy named Matt from APX answered and I asked what is it for, the guy just hang up. I am planning to block the number but is that really worth it to get smart limits for 4.99/month just to block this annoying caller?

calls and says nothing....called back and its saying it is an alarm company....telemarketing scam.

We have been getting these calls for the last week. Caller ID shows VIVINT (801) 765-5976. Caller was extremely rude and unprofessional. Asked him to take our number off of his list and he hung up. Called their support number and gave Jen an earful about their marketing tactics (poor Jen). She seemed legitimately concerned and offered to help. Gave her my number and asked her to see about getting us taken off of their list.


We shall see if this works.

I got a call from 701 625 5444.   The complaints say it is the same people from 801 765 5976.  My suggestion:  buy a coach's whistle, blow very hard into the caller.

I am stuck for 5 years in a contract.

Hello, I see that this post is from was from 2009 I was wondering what happened with your lawsuit or if one ever got one off the ground.  apex under false pretense and unrealized promises took me for my money just wondering what happened.
