The caller ID registered the number as 801-823-2020.
I didn't pick it up as it said "Unknown Caller". They hung up w/out leaving a message. I tried calling back on the instant redial from the call received. It rang several times, then an automated response said my call "was being forwarded to an automated message service" and that "the mailbox is full" and wouldn't accept any more message. The number of the automated referral was: 805-801-8232. When I called that number, the sound was scrambled and said that "All circuits are currently busy. Please try again later".
That number is in the Santa Barbara/Ventura/ SLO area code. Go figure.

Got this call -- THANK YOU snappybri -- just had our number put on their
"internal do-not-call list".  Call 801-373-7735 to get taken off of their call list.

Calls non stop non stop!!!!! Always calling !!! I do not want to do any surveys!

Called asking for the manager or owner. I said that this person is not available and can I please take a message. Would not leave a message, insisted on me telling her the name of the manager or owner. When I didn't say anything, she said she is not looking for a "decision maker" just someone who knows about our telephone service. I told her that is handled nationally...she wanted the number and I told her to look it up on our website. OY.

I got a call at work asking for me by first and last name. I thought it was a sales call because it was a foreigner and I noticed it was a 1-801#. I told them the person they were asking for was not available and asked to take a message. She would not leave a message and her English was so broken I could not understand where she said she was calling from. It sounded like CNC or TNT???? Like I sound I could not make out what she was saying...

Called about a survey for Chase Bank.

They called my in-laws home phone yesterday (Saturday). Said she was from Washington Mutual asking for my husband, it was regarding a mortgage. We don't live there,(we live 150 miles away from them) my husband hasn't lived with his parents for 30 years. We don't have a mortgage with them, and there is no Washington Mutual anymore, it's Chase. They said it was an Asian sounding woman, and hard to understand her.

Caller asked for my husband settled for me then stared to ask if I hace ever visited a washington mutual I asked if he meant today or ever? this threw him off somehow and he could no longer hear me, same number as previous phone service calls moving onto banks now! watch out!

Also used by our friends at WAMU bank...???

Called four times in two hours and hung up on my answering machine. I called Western Watts Data at 801-373-7735 (press 2 for "do not call list") and left a message. But five minutes later I got another call from this number,  and this time I picked up.  The woman on the line she was doing a survey for JPMorganChase Bank.  There was a mechanical digitized quality to her voice, but it was a real person and I told her to take me off their call list immediately or I would file a complaint against Western Watts, and call JPMorganChase to report them.  Not sure if this will do any good....but it's worth a try leaving a message on their do not call line.

I've gotten two calls from this number in the past week. I saw 801-823-2020 on the caller id and waited to hear what he/she might say. Usually, no one calling from such numbers leaves a message. Both times, however, a message was left. The person asked for me, by name, and said that they were calling on behalf of Washington Mutual Bank. Washington Mutual is now Chase, so I was suspicious. Reading the other posts, this looks likes it's a company doing surveys, or gathering some kind of info. Our phone number is registered with the Do Not Call list, and we've "opted out" of getting inquiries from any credit card, phone, etc. etc. company about anything!

i know its very annoying talking to someone you dont know, i recieve 2 to   calls a day but they dont leave a message. i took the survey a week ago, they are not asking any sensitive information on your banking, they just want to know if you really are satisfied with your recent experience. this is actually good cause they are forwarding your concerns and issues. This is the best field for you to express all of your concerns to chase bank. I also bank with chase and i have some issues, the lady on the phone told me that she will be very happy to have my concerns forwarded to the bank and after talking to her, a day passed and someone from chase, a customer representative called me in regards to my concern and the fixed it right away.

Thanks for the internal do-not-call number.  I called and left a message.  Now we can only hope they honor it.

Calls on average once a day but doesn't leave any message.  I don't answer calls from unrecognized or unassociated area code.

Call 2-3 times per day.  We never answer, they don't leave a message.

Numerous calls day after day. Always hangs up. No message.
