After numerous calls that I didn't answer, I finally answered. It's a survey company gathering info/opinions on various gas and oil companies. A bit annoying because it took almost 10 minutes to get through the questions. If you think you opinion counts for political purposes, I think you'll like answering these tedious questions. Otherwise, don't answer this call

They called and left a message from this #, I tried to call back and no answer. I called my bank and they confirmed it was a PHISHING SCAM!  So don't talk to anyone from this #!!!  Never give out your personal information to a "bank" unless you called them from there legitimate # they give you when you open the account!

i have to agree when you get these calls and they dont leave a message and just their phone number(s) you begin to wonder do they have a life? i dont they do, they just have nothing else to do but get you pissed off and you wonder how they got or get your number!

received a few calls from 801 832 2020 at all times of the day including 11:30 PM. Each time they do not say anything... just a dead mike.

Please help, tell me who they... it is.

oriental sounding female voice wanting to ask personal questions and then hung up

10/9/2009  had called my office number repeatedly for a week but always got my voice mail.  Connected to day and said it's not a sales call but a National Telephone Survey.  Yeah, right.  Hung up

I am the General Manager of several car washes and this number will call about once every 3 months and all they ask is "Is your Car Wash Conveyorized? And what type of chemicals do you use." By the time I answer the second question they say thank you goodbye.

I just got a call from 1-801-823-2020 asking if I run the software for my company.  They definitely got my number from my occupational license.  Only thing is I don't have a business, I just have to show that I work here!  Claimed they were from CSX.

Call 801-373-7735 to get taken off of their call list. Choose option "2" and leave your number.

I got a call from them today. I missed the call, and when I tried to call back the line was busy. That's creepy because I don't bank with WAMU or Chase, nor have I ever had any assosiation with those companies. *shrug*

i got a call from this number and i live in the UK....

Received a call to my business line. Woman asked to speak to the person in charge of our telecommunications and telephones. I asked is this a sales call? She said no. I said, "I am the one responsible." She wanted to ask me questions about our telecommunications equipment, a survey. I asked, "How much will I be compensated for my valuable time?" She said, "Well, we do not offer compensation at this time..." I interrupted and said, "I refuse to take your survey, please do not call again!" and i hung up.

What is most disturbing is some of the other complaints listed earlier say the caller identified themselves calling from Chase. I do have an account with Washington Mutual, Now Chase. Is this survey to check up on me or the company I work for? A way to get information? I'd be interested in anyone who actually took the survey and what they were asked like personnel questions?

More curious, the phone number is from Ogden, UT a city that has many branches of Washington Mutual.

Called the 801-373-7735 to add my work number to the list but the mailbox for the extension to do this was FULL! ARGH! I will try again in a few days but this is aggravating.

They have called 3 times, taking a survey or whatever.  Here is their info
