"daisy garcia", who gets answering machine, calls pretending to be from bank and said she needed to speak with me,  asked for me by name, hung up left no callback info- bank has no record of caller or number

Several calls to my cell phone regarding a survey.  Each time I said I was not ever interested in participating in the survey.  This time I found this website and found the number to call and ask to be removed from their internal do not call list.(801)-373-7735 I hope it works.  Good luck.  Thank you to those who have posted, especially the number to call their office.

I work in a federal government agency, and they have called everyday this week, and I have nicely explained that I cannot connect them to the official they are asking for. It does not help. Will probably try their do not call list, or make a do not answer note for myself. Haha

Received several calls on the answering machine from this number over the weekend. Caller hung up in each case without leaving message.

Hi!  I also just got a call from that number and they asked for me by name claiming it was a phone call from Washington Mutual

I got a call from this number today and the person said she was from Chase - who I bank with - so I called my branch and they asked if I also had an account with Washington Mutual which I don't ... they said they had no idea why I got this call and I can't get back to anyone at that number ...

got three calls in one week from 801-823-2020, says they are from chase bank, asking for me by my full name. called my bank, don't know anything about this.

Hard to understand caller identifier herself as calling from Washington Mutural (aren't they defunct?)

Received call stating they were calling from Chase Bank regarding a problem with my account. I called Chase directly from the number posted on their website and was told that there were no problems with my account and that they had no record of any branch or department with this phone number.

I just got a call from 1-801-823-2020, "UNKNOWN NAME" on the land line phone caller i.d. If they are indeed calling in regards to Chase bank, why are they hiding their name on the caller i.d.? and no message? - Sounds pretty freakin PHISHY to me!! I have already reported this call to the national do not call registry which I have been signed up for for months now. I hope they get in trouble!! :) PLEASE AVOID ANSWERING AND JUST REPORT THEM TO THE NDNCL.

Got a call from this number and a tone beep when I picked up, then nothing.

Number came up on Caller Id as Utah Call 801-823-2020, I didnt answer it.

July 6,2009, call came up out of area didnt leave message & can not call back. Line is busy, WA MU gave me a  800 number to call to opt out of survays.
1-800-777-1240. They ask for your Social Security # but if u hold on line without entering SS# a live person comes online.

Alls they ask is your phone number & they will put it on a do not call list.

I intend to add it to my call block list & hope this is the end of this nonesense.

If you bank with WaMu they employ a survay co.
I let them know my phone number is private & I didnt want nor appreacate their giving out this information to anyone for any reason.

No message just hang-up.  Caller ID showed OGDEN.

Husband answered call, they asked for me, he told them he couldn't hear them very well & they said they would call back.

I don't answer, but they never stop calling, appears on the caller ID, 7X in three days....801 823 2020, don't answer it.

Answered and no one there. They've been calling daily starting this week. Next time I'll answer and hang up right away.

I do work for the Federal Government and I will have this investigated.

I've been getting calls from this number asking me to take a survey.  At first I was nice and said I wasn't interested and to please not call again. Tonight I received another call and when I told them not to call anymore the lady hung up on me when I was in mid sentence.  If she was in front of me I would have slapped her into next week.  This sucks.  I signed up for the do not call registry.
