I called 1 801 373 7735 and was told to press 2 to be removed from the list. I left a message with my number and hope we will be removed since we are a business.

Got call from 801-823-2022 said it was T&S or TNS and they weren't trying to sell anything, but would like to talk to someone who handles the phone lines.  Told them to take our phone # off their list and I that I will report them to DO NOT CALL REGISTRY!!! I wish they would stop calling!! So annoyed with these telemarketers/survey calls.

Same as Kiki above.  A Jessie Williams identified herself from D&S or T&S Research Company and wanted to conduct a survey on phone lines.  Told her to take us off the list and do not call again.  She said thank you and hung up.

They are Taylor Nelson Sofres, a global research group.  Information can be found in Wikipedia.  Said they were calling out of Toledo Ohio about telcom companies.
Call from 801-823-2023, 2021, 2022.

I keep getting calls from these people...caller ID says "Ogden, UT" with the number 801-823-2022...woman always is on the line and says, "We are not trying to sell you anything. We are conducting a telecommunications survey about your phone service."

Very odd...and its starting to make me angry...they are now calling 2-3 times a day and don't seem to be responding to requests to put me on their Do Not Call list...thinking about legal action if they continue...judging from the other posts, this could be grounds for a class action suit!

Seems to be trying to call on the weekends -- received 2 calls from this number the past 2 days, but they leave behind no message.

Some lady called my job looking for the person familiar with the phone systems.

calls at 8:30pm did not give them a chance to open there mouth , told who-ever not to call hear again!

Receive a lot of phone calls from 801 823 2022.  They don't leave a message.  Oddly enough, I used to work for TNS, which is a market research company.  Would not doubt that they are conducting a survey about something.  Will continue to ignore as I simply don't have the time right now.

I just got a call from that number. 9:30 PM. Annoying.

Just had a call from them. No idea why they're calling me in the UK.

801-823-2022 Opinionology has called my house phone no less then 10 times and there's never anyone on the other line.I am on the do not call list, want calls to stop immediately.  I'm not taking their survey even if they do come on the line.

The right solution to calls from business strangers is to charge their telephone service suppliers a fee.  It would be simple to press a dial digit that would cost the phone service seller a fee for connecting their customer to somebody that didn't appreciate the calls.  This solves the problem by charging those responsible for the problem.  The phone company is not an innocent party when they profit from selling service to bad or illegal companies.

This is a opinion research call. You can take this company to small claims court by creating paper trails. Keep your phone bills. Put your number on their do not call list by calling 801-373-7735. They ask you to speak slowly i guess because they are probably slow themselves. Knowing they are relentless callers prepare your cellphone to voice record mode - and when they call put them on speaker phone and record the call. Do this after you've put your name and number on their no call list. Keep your phone records - and establish that you were called by their company (with the recorded phone calls you made) even after you opted out of their call list. This can prove harassment in small claims court even if they block their number. Allow them to introduce themselves if they block their number while you are using your cell device to record.
