They have called me several times to tell me " This is the final time they will call to give me a better rate on my credit card. ". Only thing is they keep calling and I don't even own a credit card.  I've told them not to call again but I still get that final warning every few days. The do not call registry is a joke!!!!

I dont understand why the FCC cant do something about these people using the telephone as a tool to harass the american public at large.

This number called 5 times today. I just ket my answer machine answer it.Annoying.

Another one of the spoofed numbers used by the "card services" scammers in their attempts to rip us off. Google my name to learn how to stop their annoying calls, while also having some fun!

The callers are actually the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

The number called n didn't leave a message so I looked up the number and all I found on whitepages was that it is a cell phone from Virginia . I kept calling and it would go right to mail box then say it's full . My son is in the service N we couldn't reach him so we were worried something happened and someone there was trying to get ahold of us. Thankfully this morning I found the page and can now stop stressing .  

Same credit card scam.  Different (spoofed) phone number.

Out of curiosity, I picked up the phone but didn't say anything.  Their system detected the off-hook mode and began playing the same old recording.  Saying things like "we've sent you several notices" (which they haven't); "Last chance to lower your credit card interest" (which it isn't); blah blah blah.  On this one, the voice was barely discernible (very low volume) but still female.

I just hung up and added their number to my blocker.  From now on that number will here only SIT tones followed by an immediate hangup.

Seems no one is using the DNCL. Suggest we write our Congressmen and see why.

I have kept a list for the past few months and as it happens I got a letter from the director of the no call list for my state.  I printed a copy of all of the scam pho# that have called us and mailed it back to them.  It is four typed pages long!!  This is epidemic and something needs to be done!!

Just called. I looked at my Caller I.D. and didn't pick up. No message left. I get these scam calls 7 days a week all day long and ignore them but they're real pains  - lots of scam artists out there...

Caught by my Google Voice spam filters - looks like the ole Reduce Your Credit Card Rate scam

Wow - in checking my Google Spam folder they also called using (480) 612-0064! on 11/06/13.

Just a reminder that the DNC,(supposedly government) are all brain dead kindergarten people, just like the rest of the government.

They say that they are merchant services and calling to help get a lower interest rate on credit card.  I know its a scam but wanted to hear what they said.  The caller started with telling me that I had a $3000 balance on my credit card and would I like a lower interest rate.  I asked him which card was he referring to and he just restated himself.  When I asked again - of course he knew that I was just playing him now and he hung up the phone.  

I had a call from 8045546347 yesterday. I stayed on the line to have my name removed
From their list. I told the man what I wanted
And he was so rude. He said you need to
"F" listen to me. He needs to be reported
And let a deserving person take his place.

Our congress is dysfunctional.  They will do nothing.

It is a joke if you're expecting it to monitor,  screen,  block calls or do what it was never created or intended to do.

The "deserving person" who would take the "rude" card service scammer's place would be the same type anyway, as most are recruited at Narcotics Anonymous meetings.

I am on the Federal No Call List; however, I received a call from this number 804-554-6347, no message was left.

Robo. Caller ID: Richmond. Message stated that it was my last (really?) call before my credit card file would be closed. It didn't finish recording. Guess Robo's are short on time too. I've been getting a rash of Robo calls this a.m.
