I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST AND HAVE BEEN WELL OVER ONE YEAR!  AT 10:17 AM (MOUNTAIN TIME) A CALL CAME IN OM MY HOME LANDLINE TELEPHONE.  THE CALLER ID SHOWS THE CALLER TO BE OUT OF AREA WITH A PHONE NUMBER OF 804-554-6347.  IN CHECKING ON GOOGLE, NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS IDENTIFY THIS CALLER'S NUMBER AS SOME TYPE OF SCAM OPERATION.  REGARDLESS, THE OBVIOUS SCAM CALLER IS IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE DO NOT CALL REGISTER.

I just received another call from this Card Member Services even though I have asked to be removed from their list many times before. This last rep was really rude and obnoxious and claimed that I am not on the DNC list ( I am) and that he would "think about" removing my name from their list. I asked for a supervisor and, of course, he refused to put me through the one, then he gloated that there wasn't anything that I could do about it.

The card service scammers  WILL "service" our credit cards,  BUT after they "service" the card it will it will have no available credit remaining!

The do not call list is a joke for scammers! Companies are required to check the DNCL every 31 days and drop any numbers listed there. So the scammers play the game and get acess to the list and the rest you know.

I listened to a bit of the recorded message and they were giving me my "last chance" to get my free credit report (which I can get for myself).

Just got a call from them. Caller ID said " Cellphone VA". I answered, said hello 3 times, and hung up. Nobody cared to speak on the other end. It's probably good they didn't anyway from the comments I've read on here. They wouldn't like what I had to say back. It just gets so old. I am on the "Do not call list" on both my home and cell phones, and reporting these Bozos is about as much a waste of time as actually answering the calls. I just need to figure out on my phone how to block numbers, but from what I remember my phone only allows about 10 blocked calls. I have so many more spammers calling than 10. When I think to do so I just answer and lay the phone down to tie up their time so they can't waste others'.

APPARENTLY, THE WANT TO LOWER MY CREDIT CARD INTEREST RATE.  I'M SURE THEY THEN TRY TO OBTAIN PERSONAL INFORMATION SUCH AS CREDIT CARD NUMBERS ETC.  BEWARE, AS THIS IS AN OBVIOUS ILLEGAL SCAM OPERATIONS. ALSO, THE RECORDING YOU GET IS VOICE ACTIVATED ONCE YOU SAY "HELLO."  IF YOU SAY NOTHING, THE CALLING NUMBER WILL DEACTIVATE. I AM ALSO ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTER AND WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINTS AS A VIOLATION.  I'LL ALSO BE SENDING THIS OBVIOUS SCAM OPERATION TO OTHER FEDERAL INVESTIGATIVE AGENCIES FOR INVESTIGATION PURPOSES. AN IRONIC PART BEING, I HAVE NO CREDIT CARD DEBT OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF FINANCIAL DEBT!

Card Member Services aka Bank Card Services. Very similar to the "Rachel from Cardholder Services" from  A+ Financial Center, LLC aka Accelerated Financial Centers, LLC aka; Accelerated Accounting Services that was charged by the FTC with misleading consumers about their services, calling phone numbers on the Do Not Call Registry, illegally collecting up-front fees, and making illegal robocalls. The FTC imposed a judgment of $9,238,155 in August of 2013. It seems more than coincidental that "your second and final notice to lower interest" calls began just as "Rachel" calls were tapering off. I would be very surprised if "Cardholder Services" and "Bank Card Services" were not related ventures. Rather than complaining to the FCC I recommend filling out a Do Not Call online complaint on the FTC website. They seem to be far more effective with predatory phone scammers (if enough complaints are made) so it is VERY IMPORTANT to file ASAP after the call as they change phone numbers on a regular basis.

Advise: Federal crime under SEC. 223 Obscene or harassing telephone calls in the District of Columbia or in interstate or foreign communications. Following is a brief summary:
*(a) Prohibited acts generally .. Whoever--in interstate or foreign communications--  by means of a telecommunications device knowingly-- makes, creates, or solicits, and initiates the transmission of, any comment, request, suggestion, proposal, or other communication with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass another person; makes a telephone call or utilizes a telecommunications device, whether or not conversation or communication ensues, without disclosing his identity and with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person at the called number or who receives the communications; makes or causes the telephone of another repeatedly or continuously to ring, with intent to harass any person at the called number; or makes repeated telephone calls or repeatedly initiates communication with a telecommunications device, during which conversation or communication ensues, solely to harass any person at the called number or who receives the communication; or knowingly permits any telecommunications facility under his control to be used for any activity prohibited by paragraph (1) with the intent that it be used for such activity, shall be fined under title 18, United States Code, or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.
File a complaint with the FTC. If enough complaints are filed they will shut them down.

They call way too often.  I do not owe any money on any bill anywhere -- ever.  I am tired of these robocalls!

Another call from these morons.  I never answer, I never will.  And yet they persist.

A robocall from the idiots at "Card Services" again. With these calls I've been told each time that this is the "final notice" so why do they keep bugging me? They're all crooks & scammers, so I don't waste any time & just hang up on them. As long as our government sits around & twiddles their thumbs they will never stop. Too bad they all can't be publicly flogged for each and every call.

Typical [***] spam caller. Here's hoping that Karma will grant these jerks and their families immediate, devastating health and financial hardships as a result of their f-king actions.

Here is a map, perhaps you don't need to go all the way to Colorado if you get certified for a medical condition, which I am guessing probably won't be a problem in your case.
