Called twice and no response what so ever. WTF!!!!!!! TMobile sucks balls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is there anyone out there who can get a lawyer to work for nothing>? reason i ask  is i have for over 3 years gotten this nut to track me on my t-mobile phone!

I am also getting it as VM.  I tried calling the number,(which I probably shouldn't have) and it goes to my VM.  The problem is since I called it back they will probably know it is a live line and should expect they will be calling all the time.  I just deleted it from my phonebook in my cell.

Take your phone to the store where you bought and see what they have to say.  I was able to delete mine from my cell phone.

I got my first call from them today.  I called Customer Care /T-Mobile and reported it.  That number is 1-800-937-8997.  They were very gald I called and they will start an investigation and notify me w/in 72 hours of what's happening so I would give them a call.  I would suggest that anyone else call them if you are receiving unwanted phone calls

Yep, just got a call from this number. Did not answer and short voicemail left something about to change your insurance rates press 4 or something like that..now got another number to add to the block app so I won't be bothered with crap calls like this....

Most likely a number from Africa is fraud.  I've learned about that, but fortunately, didn't fall for their scam.

I would like this company to stop calling my cell phone. They are robo calls.I pressed 5  to opt out but i still get the calls.

The phone # is a problem.  They call daily/many times.  Can they be stopped or blocked?  Please help!

On Monday, July 17th 2013 I had a call come into my T-Mobile cell phone the said "blocked" at 8:32 PM.  I didn't answer the call since it was a blocked number.  Then my phone said that I had a voice mail.  I listened to the voice mail and was shocked and scared.  The caller said, "I AM GOING TO KILL YOUR HUSBAND AND THEN I AM GOING TO RAPE YOU!"  My mind began to race.  Who could this be?  Who would DO THIS?
I was very frightened.  My husband called our local police non emergency number.  A police officer showed up about 15 minutes later.  He was very polite, but said do to the fact that it was the FIRST call there wasn't much they could do.  To file a harassment charge it takes 3 calls.  I persisted with the officer who was polite but unwilling to file a report.  He finally agreed to call the Detective on Duty.  The detective came and was more sympathetic.  To make a long story short he called the Legal Department at T-Mobile to put a trace on the number.  The Detective called today to give me the number that t-Mobile had tracked.  The number is 805-637-7249.  I didn't recognize the number.  The Detective asked me to check my contacts to see if the number was from anyone I knew before he called the number himself.  As I scrolled through my contacts I realized that this number was ONE DIGIT AWAY FROM the number T-Mobile has stored in my phone for me to retrieve my voice mail!!!!  I also Googled the number and it came up as a T-Mobile voice mail retrieval number.  I see here that many other people have received call from this number for years.  I don't know if any of the messages I see here are as extreme as the one I received, but obviously MANY people are receiving harassing messages from this number.  How this is happening is beyond me. Someone has hacked the number and is using it to HIDE behind?  I would be very interested to know if this is happening to anyone else.  I am going to call back T-Mobile tomorrow and report this to the Legal Department and also file a complaint with the FCC.  
I have also installed TrackCall on my phone.  This is an excellent service that can unblock any blocked numbers.

My little one just called and had a voicemail from this number saying "I'd really like to meet you you seem really nice, I'd like to meet you sometime...".  Reading these posts (and I'm no techie) wondering if a few different people/groups have figured out how to have this T-Mobile number show up as the caller ID somehow to make random phone calls as these all seem slightly different, and causing issues with TMobile as well.  Just a thought.  We will block the number go forward.  Good luck folks

So, after reading all of these posts and checking my phone again, I feel like an idiot.

I received a voicemail this morning at 7 a.m. "from this number."  I didn't realize that the voicemail notification provides this number (805-637-7243) to check your voicemail.  I checked the actual call log and the original missed call came from a different number.

You have eavesdropping spyware installed in your phone by that person, no doubt. That's how the person can 'follow' you around. It's in the phone! In addition to calling YOU, they also listen to your calls. The app calls them every time you call or get a call, and asks that person if he/she wants to listen to this call. It was originally installed by a voicemail like many of you have been describing. Look it up on Google. Extremely difficult to get rid of. Only one way to get rid of it: get rid of the phone. Figure out which one of your acquaintances is most likely to have done it. NEVER GIVE THIS PERSON YOUR NEW PHONE NO.

this number calls my cell all the time, in spite of my having listed said cell on the do not call registry.  3 times in the last 24 hours.  how can I stop them?   HELP!!

It called me and left a voicemail...  on Thursday January 1, 1970!!!!!!

It asks for password of which I had no idea who they were so I just hung up, but they keep calling back, it needs to end.

The calls from Africa, are probably the Nigerians trying their con tactics.  They promise you all kinds of
$$ for sending them your personal information and a small amount of money.  Then they really rip into
your email and accounts.  Wish I knew how to stop them, but even when I put their emails into my SPAM
folder, they just continue to change their email addresses.  Yes, they will also call you at weird hours
since they are in a different time zone.  BEWARE!   The FBI can't do anything about them since they
are out of the country, so I have no idea what we poor Americans do these days?

My daughters cell  received a call from 1-805-637-7243 some time after 12:30am east coast time. phone was off so did not see until morning. went to voice mail. when answered it was a man who could have been drunk and sounded Asian. I do not want these calls. we do not answer any calls from #'s we don't positively recognize. but it still makes me feel uncomfortable. how can I block?
