- Shawn replies to Darren MuleyI will also post. I own a small business and am in Executive suites. I just received a message from the receptionist saying Emerge 180 called and that I needed to discuss" a lawsuit filed against me in court that needs my immediate attention". This should never be disclosed and wouldn't be by a LEGITIMATE compay. I called the number back and the person there refused to let me talk to his supervisor unless I told him why. He then said "she" was busy. Then said "he" was on the phone. He then hung up on me when I said I would hold. I Marty will report this conduct to BBB and see if we can't effect that "A" rating.
- OPERATIONS MANAGER replies to Darren MuleyEnough of emerge 180 bs....hope that clears up your thought process
- OPERATIONS MANAGER replies to EMMAIn response to "Emma" just maybe it's a "typo" and not actually an idiot trying to represent illiteracy !!!!!!!!!!!! Oahhhahhh, you forgot to hit spell check, does not make this any less of an aggravation on any company's part. It's bad form for you to respond.
- ALPHA DOG replies to Darren MuleyMessage for Darren...Esad...you are so not telling the truth..why are you located in Tampa and trying to help settle anything. my company is thousands of miles away from you, do not buy your bs. f-off
- MARGRET replies to Jonathan FieldWe do not want your help, therefore, in your message, essentially, you're a telemarketing. Stop the madness!!!! Go away, don't call back, you are wasting our time
- RoseReceived a silly call today from 813-280-0480.. This is another Emerge phone number. Absolutely ridiculous. Called about a "civil matter" that does not exist. Avoid this garbage call.

SCAM ALERT!!! "Ashley" had called our government contract office and informed an employee that they wanted to talk to our company president to manage our bankruptcy. Nothing could be farther from the truth and now we are faced with months of trying to put down rumors or our companies demise and concerns by our client that we won’t be in business tomorrow. This company should be sued for torturous interference. How do you live with yourself Jonathan Field - you con artist?- Caller: Emerge180
- Oroville, CAJust received a call from Janet from Emerge regarding a pending civil matter. In her voice mail, she insisted her company desperately wants to help us. What a joke! I hope people don't actually fall for this stuff and call them back. A dishonest business practice from an obviously dishonest company.

- New York AttorneyI represent and filed a law suit against a defendant. Emerge180 apparently searches court filings for newly filed actions. The defendant called me and said Emerge180, would for a fee of $250.00, settle the claim for fifty cents on the dollar. Emerge180 never contacted me or my client. Basically Emerge180 is charging $250.00 to make cold call. Since they are not defendant's legal counsel in a pending litigation I would be ethically bound not to discuss the matter with them.
I would recommend that every defendant make the call themselves or if represented have their attorney make the call.- Caller: emerge180
- EBHad a call from them saying they could help us settle out of court for a law suit filed against us by a vendor. We have not had any notice of a lawsuit being filed against us. They called two of our locations and they don't care who they speak to, they will tell anyone who answers the phone that we're being sued. Definitely a shady business.

- MJ| 1 replyI received a call from Laura. She explained to me that her company knew of my situation. I have a law suit against me. I defaulted on a loan for my business, and am in need of help. Very tempting. I have looked up the company and haven't seen one complaint about them, Outside of the harrassment calls. Not sure what to do.

- ShawnYes, this is a scam. It is a real company, but they are cold calling business's with the intro line..." I need to talk to the owner, about a civil lawsuit that has been file against his company." Or words to that effect. This guarentees they will get the owner on the phone. That is the goal, get the owner on the phone, and they try to sell them their services. If they are providing details about the law suit they are either bogus or pulled from some other legal situation, where they feel they can justify the call. Example , last name is the same, or address similar, or business name similar. They know what they are doing, but they feel they are giving themselves deniability if it backfires. BBB should not be giving any rating at all to this company. They should be warning consumers about them. The form below ask's us to specify call type? Call is to vague to know exactly. Are they trying to collect a debt? Not exactly, they tried to insinuate I was being sued. Did they tell me the amount owed? No. They did list a company, which they probably got off the internet. They gave a case number, the county the court was in and a case number, and a name which did not match mine, but insisted that I was being sued. When I called them back today at the number they gave me, no one would pick up at 3pm in the afternoon. What company doesn't answer their phones then? Or even record a message, or have a service take a message? Now, I have to assume it is a telemarketer call. The rest? unethical garbage from hell.

- Matthew Smith replies to MJThis is not a scam! & go to the web site emerge180.com, call the better business and asked them
- KJEmerge180, You may well be a legitimate business, but your tacticts in getting business is decitful and dishonest. It would be better if you were honest and up front about your business when reaching out to companies. First of all, it would be great if you would research and call companies who may actually NEED your service and not just randomly call everyone. Using 'scare tacticts' to attempt to get business is unethical. I would definitely call you an untrustworthy company if you can't even be honest and up front about your business; assigning 'case numbers' to ficticious lawsuits that you don't even know exist. In today's internet age, it's difficult to hide anything. If I were the president of this company and I saw all of these negative comments, I would worry about the reputation of the company and would re-evaluate my business plan, and not respond in such a negative and unprofessional way to comments. It feels like you're in a school yard juvenile fight. Good luck to you; please never call me again, because I wouldn't trust your company to negotiate anything for me, even if I DID need it (which I don't--my company is DEBT FREE.)

- Brad J.we received call also, was transferred to my department (legal). Jennifer did imply that she was calling on behalf of the defendant (which she wasn't) to help settle a case filed against our firm. She did admit that she nor anyone from Emerge180 had any contact with the defendant, but rather wanted to just speak with the person in charge to offer their services.
Needless to say, she got tired of arguing the legalities of what she was doing wrong. We will the BBB to file a claim and I would recommend everyone else do the same.- Caller: Emerge 180
- Jerry W.got a call from a Jennifer. Was wanting to speak to the president about a lawsuit against our Company. I didn't even know that our company was involved in any lawsuits. I forwarded the call to our legal department for further actions. I can see why you folks are mad at them, i am mad now too.
