My husband passed away of cancer recently, they keep calling and insisting on talking to him.  When I say he died; they hang up only to call back the next day.  They must think I am kidding.  I called the number you gave and some nice lady apologized and said she would take care of it.  Thank you.

I work for this company and we are not telemarketers. That is why it does not apply to the do not call registry. We are simply doing a survey and can only speak to the person on the list. If you ask to be removed, we will remove you from the list.

Called here today with the L and J Bay Area on caller id and left no message.

I have been getting calls from this number at least monthly for several months now.  I have ceased answering it, and it never goes to my voice mail.  The first few times I did answer, there was no response.  I tried to call back once to get my number removed from their list.  There was no answer.

It shows on my caller ID as:  L&J Bay Area HO.

Called, didn't let it ring long enough for the machine to pick up(less than 4 rings), hung up

If any of you are getting these annoying calls on your cell like me, just get an application called Call Control. They call once, and you just blacklist them. They will never get you again. It really works. It also hooks you into a nationwide blacklisted data base. It was $4.99 for the app. Good luck.

I keep getting calls from this number (813-899-1569), they are asking for someone who does not live here.  As soon as I inform them of this they hang up.

Someone I believe named Andrea call at 7:52am on April 21st. They asked for my husband Fred and I told them that he was not here. I asked if I could take a message and she said she would call back later - I asked if she was selling something and she said " no this is a survey".Well from what I've read here she was a telemarketer.We are on a national do not call list and it makes me mad that these people can get around this some how!! Can't wait for the earful they will get if they call back!!!

Keep Calling and not leaving a message. I was in Tampa about 3 weeks ago for a cruise. I did not give out my Cell Phone Number

They call ever day from 813-899-1569,  It shows up as "L & J Bay Area".  I don't answer and they don't leave a message.

Got the same call....she even lied and said she was calling for a type of item that my business sells!  Total liar!  Did call the other number in a thread below & talked to Jamie.  She was very nice and said she would review the recorded phone call.

Multiple calls from this number with no message.  Today the computer-generated voice said to hold for the next available...   I blocked the number.

no message left..caller ID says, "L&J Bay Area Ho"

For all of you who say that you are on the DNC list, ok. I hope you don't get sales calls.

Thing is L&J calllers aren't technically telemarketers. Callers are trying to do surveys, so the DNC list does not apply to them. (DNC list only applies to people who are trying to sell something directly to you).

If you want to be removed, just pick up and say "please don't call me back". Politely is generally the best way. Sometimes even if you ask, they'll hit redial on accident (it's the button right below DNC), so ... stuff like that happens.

Hopefully that helps ease some of your guys cases.
