We also have been receiving calls from "L & J Bay Area".  The number is 813-899-2012.  Received on 4/23/15 & on 4/17/15 from the same number but no caller ID name.  Also received a similiar call from 781-215-9480 with no caller ID name.

On a do not call list and they keep calling. Not interested in receiving calls from person or person unknown.L

Got a call from this number a couple of times but just didn't answer it cuz it was not a familiar number.  Now its stopped.  I am not a "reliable" telemarketer target cuz I only answer numbers that are on my contact list, people I know.  Try it. it works.

Not true.  Mississippi just fined them $85,000 for no buying and respecting the DNC list and for not properly registering as a solicitor with the state.
