Called today, no message.  I don't answer calls that I don't know.  At least they have the courtesy to provide Caller ID info.  I think they should be reported, but to whom?

On Do Not Call Registry since July '03.  Call came in today to my home at 2:14 p.m.  Made complaint to National Do Not Call Registry www.donotcall.gov.  Will see what happens.  Some caller such as political, charity and surveyors are exempt from this do not call list, although I don't think they should be.  Another thing that floors me is receiving faxes at my store for stocks, insurance and "free" or "near free" vacations.  I did not request any of these faxes.  That is worse than a phone call because it uses up paper and printer ink.  Anybody know what to do about that?  That number is also on the national do not call registry.  Have to keep the fax machine turned off until we want to send a fax or know of a legitimate incoming fax.  Very annoying...   Thanks for listening...

Called but left no message. I figured it was some sort of cold call although I am on the do not call list.

Received a call from these spammers at 2:10 pm on 03/12/08. When I answered, I was instructed by a recording to "wait for the next available operator." What a$$holes. Like I would really waste my time holding for their call?

Caller ID has shown L&J Bay Area Ho with phone # 813-900-1569. Received this call several times and they never leave a message. Today I received another call and I was home to answer. A female asked for my husband by our last name and I told her he was not here and could I take a message. Her reply was no message, thank you and she hung up. We are on the Do Not Call list. Why do they call anyway?

Female called today 10:09 EST, asking for an Anthony Davis..she did not give comapny she was calling from, but caller id showed as L&D Marketing..advised her no one by that name here, she hung up..we have received calls about him in the past,at this number, from vending distribution companies, he may have worked for them, or had some dealings with them..maybe their databases need updating..or he is deliberately giving out this phone number..checked 411.com, shows address, as 111 Bullard Pkway, STE 206, Tampa, FL 33617-5518, with owner Dienveu Lamour..as per local phone company Verizon 2004..may be outdated record though..we too are on the national do not call list..L&D may be a collections agency, would suggest calling local carrier's annoyance call bureau for a trace and block on this phone line.

This is a company that provides leads for companies.  Their name is L&D Marketing Partners, 45C Broadway, Greenlawn, NY 11740, 800-583-0180. They call our business...really a pain to answer all of these unwanted calls.

Just received a call, the woman asked for my husband, said he wasn't here and what was this in regards to.  She tells me this is a "personal call."  I tell her not to call again and she hung-up on me.  Came online to look-up number and found lots of sites for complaints.  I filed a complaint against them at https://donotcall.gov/default.aspx

They're calling and not leaving message and I'm on the do not call list.

called home phone, which is on the do-not-call list, left no message. 10 seconds of dead air.

Just got call, did not answer.  After reading these comments, I think I will answer next time and F with them.

Call time and again leave no message report them time and again and they still call no concience reprted them to the do not call registry. Report them to everyone.

similar to above - man called, asked for my husband, I said he wasn't here, did he want his cell phone number and bam, "No, that's not necessary" and hung up.  We're on the DNC list.

Called my cell phone today at 10:22 am MDT.  I am on the DNC list.  I tried to return the call and the number was repeatedly busy.  Looked it up and found it here!

Took the call... didn't recognize number, did recognize it as Florida despite saying Bay Area (which to me means San Francisco area)... he said hello (in a voice that sounded like a human imitating a robot), I said nothing, he hung up.  I reported.

Sheesh.  I answered this one.  Caller ID said "L&J BAY AREA HO"... the girl said she was with "L&D INVESTMENT SERVICES"... had a three-minute survey for me to take... I told her no thanks and take me off the list.

called today, L&D marketing.  He said they were a service and I didn't give him anymore time and abruptly told him we do not buy or do stuff over the phone, to take our number off his list and as I went to hang up he said but we, well, I hung up on him anyway.

I sure hope all the complaints I am filing with these ridiculous numbers start to work soon.  Seems when I signed up for the do not call list, I am getting more calls now than ever.
