L & D Marketing on caller ID. Answered and told it was a securities informational service.  When I said I was on the 'do not call' list she said it didn't apply to them.  I asked what do I have to do to have them stop calling me.  She told me that "If you are going to be rude like that, I'm not going to talk to you."  Apparently she hung up because when I asked for her name or employee number, she'd hung up.

Called to ask for my husband and then hung up when I asked what it was regarding. I found their 'corporate' number at 813-899-0717, which DOES get an answer. I asked to be removed from their list.

They are maybe not technically violating the DNC legislation. They are calling to find out if you want to receive information, and since that is not a sales call, it might not be a violation. However, the intent is to sell investment products at a later date, so I think it is a violation, at least in spirit. I reported them.

8138991569 calls several times per week and does not leave a message
we are registered on the "do not call list" and these people need to be reported.

Called and left no message on answering machine.  However the answering machine did record the caller asking for my wife by her proper first name, "Hi, may I speak with ......"

813-899-1569
They asked for my boss and would not continue the conversation or leave a message when then found out he wasn't here.

Automated caller told me to hold for next available person. I waited and it eventually hung up on me. Has called my number more than once and I believe I am on DNC list.

(813) 899-1569  keep getting calls from this number.  They ask if I am  Bill _____.  They know my real name and made a number of nuisance calls to me and then hang up in my ear.  I call back and no one answers.  This has happened before from the same number.

This number called me 17:13 Fl time.My dad lives down there and I was not able to get to the phone in time. Like the rest of you when I tried calling it back no answer. The bad thing is they called my cell phone so I would also put your cell phones on the Do Not call list either

I recieved a call from these people asking for my husband. I explained he was not home and asked if they would like to leave a messege, to which i was told "no thats fine" in a snotty tone and then hung up on. I searched the number, which brought me to this website and I called the number someone posted 813-899-0717. I spoke to a very nice woman who didn't give me her name, but assured me that my number would be taken off their list and explained that their calls are either surveys or asking if people would like information on investment plans. Either way, she says I will be removed from the list, so let's see what happens in a week.

Got a call at my business on 2/19. My dad answered the phone, so I was unaware of this call until searching back through the CID list.
