I have been getting calls on person who had my phone number previously.
After telling them two or three times a week that this is my new number since last Nov....I am now not answering the phone.

They said they would take my number off also....never did so.  In fact the calls have increased.  Three times today.  DO NOT ANSWER PHONE.  Use your called ID before answering phone.  This might be a scam.

I started getting these calls shortly after closing my business... Im sure the calls will stop once bankruptcy is filed.  same thing though, no one ever there and no messages, and just about every hour 7 days a week... Citi never sleeps... just like their slogan :)

I received this caller 816-420-4003 every single day 10AM and 8PM on my caller ID Cell. phone. No answer when I press talk - and I was upset how did they know my Cell number and keep calling everyday.

same crap here, started at 8 am and has called 4 times today, 3 times yeterday!!!

I've been getting called from this number since yesterday Friday April 17th.  They called 3 times yesterday and twice already today.  I haven't answered it since I don't answer numbers I don't know and I figure if it's important they'll leave a message, but still no message.  Anyone know if this is a company or a private caller?

Keep calling at least six (6) time a day.  If you don't answer, there is no message or VM left.  If you try and call back it's either busy or it just rings and rings.  Is there a way to screen or block this call?

... These calls may be automated; and when someone tries calling back that's why there is no answer.

They have called 5 times so far today, left no messages.

I don't have a Citi or Sears account.....

These [***] start calling at 8 am...and don't stop until after 9 pm.  Thats against the law, who can I report them to??? Nobody is there when I answer and my call backs are always busy signals. This company is never going to get a referal of any sort from me.  They harrass, without talking.  Whats up with that? If its Citi, I don't even have a overdue balance with them.

I have no clue who it is.  Everyone says citi.  When I get out of work I will call them and know for sure if it's CitiCards.  I ignored the call the last few days but finally decided to try and answer.  I say hello and then the call ends.  It's annoying.

Relentless calling; sometimes 6 or 7 calls a day. I set up a payment date with Citi, and yet they keep calling. This is terribly unprofessional, and has more in common with the actions of scammers and con-artists than it does with a legitimate credit card company. Shame on Citi for harassing their own customers. Once my card is paid off, I'm closing the account and never doing business with them again.

they call many time almost everyday during the week. Leave a message saying it is citibank and them or I have a problem with my citibank card.  I DO NOT HAVE A CITIBANK CARD AND NEVER HAVE HAD ONE!!!!!!!!
Getting very tired of the phone calls on my cell phone and my home phone.  All my numbers are supposed to have a block for telemarketers

I've been getting calls for the last 3-4 days from this #: 8164204003. I've gotten one voicemail, but the rest are just calls to the number. I wish there was a way to report this

Same thing, I don't answer if I don't recognize the number. No message left. They called at 12:02pm, 12:47pm, and 1:51pm.

I have received 5 calls just today (Monday) starting at 9am and ending at 8:30pm from 1-816-420-4003. This annoyance has persisted for two weeks already! I think I remember getting calls from this or a similar number last summer and it was equally frustrating.

I keep getting calls from this number and it is a fax tone every time.  I get them every so often daily for a few days and then it stops for a month or so. How do I stop these calls to my office number, my cell phone number and my home number.  If they want to talk to me, talk when I pick up the phone!!  I am not dodging calls as I have no reason to.  Please stop the annoying calls.

Contact your state's attorney General.  enough complaints that ask for the company to be investigated or any other action and the attorney general has to act.  you voted them in office, make them earn their tax salary.
