- Jack DuppDefinitely report any unusual calls from this number to Citibank. I received a call from this number today day as a past due date reminder. This is apparently an out-sourced calling service for Citi, and I would imagine they would like to be aware of any irregularities.

- SherinaThis is the Citi Cards Fraud Department. I had been receiving numerous calls and I finally called the number back. It was a man with a thick accent asking me if I had a Citi Card and for my account number. Thinking it was a scam, I said no way, then called the customer service number listed on Citi's website. After holding for a few minutes, I gave a lady the phone number that had been calling and told her about the man asking for my account number. I told her I had no unpaid bills and was not over my limit. She looked it up and said it was their fraud department. As it turns out, a merchant I had used the credit card with had their customer's credit card information stolen from their database. The merchant reported it to their affected customer's credit card companies, like Citi, who were trying to notify me of the problem and to tell me they closed my account and issued a new card. That is all.

- rhonda616-420-4003 - keeps calling my fax machine over and over - 50-60 times per day. I have finally unplugged my fax.
- ELT81I received three calls today (8am, 10am, noon). I just called AT&T and they verified that I am opted out of solicitation for my phone and texts. I also reregistered my number with the Do Not Call registry. The Registry also has a section for complaints where you can enter the number. Rather than screaming on here about it, go the Do Not Call Registry. It is obviously a scam. Do not give anyone information.
- Andi| 1 replyRepeated calls on my cell phone Friday April 3rd @ 3:42, 3:54 and 4:37. No message left. I did not answer the call.
- sbk replies to AndiI just received a call from this number as well, although they said they were calling about my AMEX, which I don't have. The scary part for me was that they had the last 4 digits of my SS#. I was pretty certain is was a scam right away so hung up after talking for a few, but it was unnerving. I am going to call verizon and visit the do not call list. also, the guy on this call had an american accent.
- yamini816-420-4003 Keeps on calling, no answer just hangs up when I pick the phone.

- Sick and TiredThis number calls all the time. When I answer it is either a fax noise or no one will speak. Very anoying. Number comes up citicorp credit. We do not have a citi corp card. What's up with this bull sh--!!! These people or company should be fined for every phone they call that is not legit. I have started a phone log and everytime they call I record it. Time, date. In the next few months I am going to my local FBI and tuning this into them. It might be a waste of time, but at least the FBI will no that I am sick and fed up with CITICORPS bull sh--!! Im mad as hell at them!!!
- Caller: Citi Corp Credit
- SAMI have two Citi card (one is actually AT&T but sold to Citi) and I don't owe them a penny because I make the payments on time for 7 years. For the last 2-3 weeks lady from this number keeps calling me and telling me that I owe Citi. What the heck is that? I called my Citi cards and asked them if I owe them they said no. They want me to make a payment over the phone. Where is FBI? Who investigates these guys? If a guy robs a gas station and gets 50 bucks, he goes to jail god knows how many days. These people steal our money day and night. They are still out and doing it over and over. Is this the justice?
- ConservativeAmerican-| 1 replyI called this number back - some "man" answered as CitiCard. I told him a caller asked for a woman's name and I'm not her. The man took me off of their call list (so he says). I will reply to this forum again if they continue to call me.
At least he seemed to be from a real company; I could hear a lot of chatter in the background - kind of like a room full of telephone operators. Well... there-you-go!- Caller: Citi-Group
- Call type: Unwanted
- CpfThey called and asked for my father (we have the same name) he got on the phone and they proceeded to tell him that his payment was 5 days past due. he tried to explain to them that he does not have any business relationship with Citi but they insisted it was his account. They even recited his D.O.B. to verify. He told them that this was his d.o.b, but repeated he has no accounts with Citi. They then said "well we can clear this up for you, please tell me the last four digits of your social security number" at which point my Dad hung up on them. They have called back as many as 9 times a day! has to be a scam, but they don't give up!
