We receive calls from the number 816-420-4003 just about everyday and sometimes twice a day. I have told them we are not interested, but they still call saying they are in the area doing free upgrades. We are a business and do not want these calls. Sometimes the number shows up private.

Leaves a vm that says 'next available agent will help you as soon as possible'

Constant calling, I try to call them back and it is Citi, I have been going round and round with them.  When I call they don't want to talk with me.  But they do not mind calling me on my cell every day and night after 9:00 on weekends even Sunday and Sunday nights.  Nothing but problems with them.

I am recently having the exact same aggrevation/problem. They start calling at 8am til 8pm. And then start all over again the next. If I dont recognize a number, I dont answer until they leave a voice mail. Well they wont. They just "accidently" I suppose, called my work. I recognized the number, but they just hung up in my ear.

I have had this same problem and reported it to Citi Card! They don't leave a message and when I called them back they ask for my account number so whoever is running this scam is not doing it well. DON'T give them the account number; they should have it already! I would report this to Citi as well so they have numerous complaints about it!

It is Citi again ! They call and hang up on me a dozen times a day. When I try to call them I either get a busy signal or placed on hold. These citi people are evil and trying to take over the world I think! :) Everytime I talk to anyone with Citi retail, Citi financial, or Citi credit cards I want to go jump off a cliff, these people are idiots! 9 out of 10 don't even speak English very good at all and that makes the phone call even more irritatating. I want to say ,"you have the nerve to ask me for money from India while half of my friends have been laid off so companies could relocate to India to save a buck?"! It is frustrating is to no end!

Received a call at my work number.  No voice mail left.  When I return the call, the line is busy.

So...what can we do because this is harrassment as far as I see it.  Is there any way to make this stop?  Can the FTC do anything??

They call all the time and will not even leave a message. When I answer it is a machine and doesn't even tell me what company they are calling from. It is frustrating.

I know for sure that I don't owe Citi a dime and I am not behind the payments. Actually, they called me to let me know about some charges that occurred a couple of days. After I confirmed I made the charges they released the use of my card. So sometimes, as you all may not have experience, it is about protecting you from Identity Theft.

I keep getting calls all throughout the day for at least a week. They say they are from citicards but what they say is not true. Do not give them your account numbers. Call the real citi-cards if you have a dispute.

They called me four times in 5 hours and of course no voicemail left. I finally answered and I got a machine that said "please stay on the line..." then it hangs up on me. This number tries to call me one weekend out of the month for the last three months it's frustrating!!!!

They've been calling for the past four days during the middle of the night, then hanging up with no voice message. Looking at the other posts leads me to believe it is CitiGroup, which has also been calling my house infrequently in the past month. However, I am 100% sure I did not lend them my cell phone number through any contract or in any form, which means they went through some extraneous/private personal file elsewhere to get it?

I keep getting calls from this number. They never leave a message and when I answer it hangs up. I never called the number back. When I called the real Citicard phone number, they did not have any information that they could give me about this number. It seems to be a fishing scam.

I don't even have a Citi card and have received 9 calls over the past 2 days.  I never answer and they don't leave a message.

They called me 9 times yesterday, 8 times the day before and they just started harrassing me today. I'm fed up with this!  What can you do to make them stop?

Calls several times daily (5-6 times)--sometimes with no response on there end!
