same thing happened to me

I also received a call and when I called back to asked to be taken off the list, the guy hung up on me and the next time I called, he belched.

Wow,  I have to say, I wanted to find out more about this 'belch' deal that ppl have written here.  No word of a lie, you call this number, there is a recorded belch.  

That has to be the most low-down thing i have yet heard from these roboscums.  I don't know, but if i have the time, i may try to make a report to the FTC.  i have heard there are some pretty good fines for roboscums that are handed out.  As ppl note here, the number does appear to originate from the US, so it seems they are very vulnerable to justice.

( I called back via Skype, Skype provides the ability, at this time, to my knowledge, to mask the phone number you are calling from.  I didn't want these scumbags to know my true number.  Don't believe your home phone call-blocking will protect your number.  I have called a few corporations who greeted me by name before I said a word a few times.  Also, don't believe the phone id of the number that shows up on your caller id, necessarily.  There are iPhone apps, and no doubt others, that can spoof any phone number ).....   these 800notes.com sites are just one of the best things about the internet!

Unsolicited call by recorded voice to my cell phone saying something about an important message about my credit card.  I hung up immediately. I assume it is a scam or phishing.

I got this same call today... I found out about one way to get rid of them... as soon as they're talking
start hitting all your phone buttons.. keep doing this for awhile and then lay the phone down.. it
messes up their automatic dialing system.. and then they can't call out till you hang up.. I just did
that.. and left my phone off the hook for over an hour. They won't call me back... works  for awhile
any how and if they call again I'
ll do the same thing till they take my name off their list. I've had
good luck doing this..

They called today at 1:43 PM. I never answer the phone unless I recognize the number so whoever it is, is wasting their time.

Received robo calls from this number. When I called it back, I was greeted with a loud belch. How can this be stopped?

Have been receiving these calls for a couple days now....I just don't answer them! Would like to know of a way to request that they stop calling.  It's just annoying!!

Received a call from this number a couple of times. Credit card scam, the idiot on the other end is just that, an idiot. Wanted information from me that NO ONE gets. Jerks!!! I wish there was a way to report this type of abuse of my cell number and minutes.

I got this call also.  I pressed "9" to talk to someone.  I then proceeded to say hello while the guy was talking to someone else.  He then ask me if I have a credit card over $4000.00.  I said hello again to get the guys attention and he then hung up.  I called back but the idiot belched as well on the recording.  I will block the number.

Said wireless caller and I knew it was a system since there was no one on line - so no one was available to give me a speel about cc's.  First time for me for a wireless caller harassment.  I hope this does not mean it will continue - I usually answer those will have to add call block now to my phone - sigh.

they don't put anyone else on the phone they just hang up on you, I sent the a text message letting them know what a bunch of [***] they are

I am registered on the national do not call list.

I have received several calls from this number and have just hung up on them.  Once, when I did not answer, no message was left, but when I called back, I too heard a loud, long burp followed by a recording that said this number is unable to receive messages.
