They are going to put a warrant out on me

Highly unlikely as law enforcement does not warn of arrest warrants in advance nor can you "pay" your way out of them.  Without further information we cannot be certain but chances are this is an illegally operating debt collector. Threats of arrest over debt are strictly illegal.

Paying your way out of a warrant is considered bribing the law enforcement official and is extremely illegal.
This is a common ploy by criminals attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, etc. all for an alleged or nonexistent debt.
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Total scam.  An arrest warrant is only issued by a  local judge (or magistrate) in the local district.  it  authorizes law enforcement to arrest the person named in the warrant for a specific crime.  Warrants are applied for by duly consituted local  law enforcement,   by way of an affidavit.  The affidavit  sets up   probable cause that a crime was committed,  and that the person named in the warrant committed it. Warrants  are only served  in writing by duly constituted officers of the law.  And  they are only used in criminal cases.

This is an attempt to extort money from you.  Being in ordinary civil debt is not a crime and you cannot be arrested for it.  There are no warrants.

Your callers are Indian or Pakistani law or debt scammers.

Ignore them and block their calls.

Received an email to call Frank Hamilton at 832-224-8192m who stated an arrest warrant was issued and to stop it I needed to send them $496.35 by money gram.  It was sent by frankhamilton-at-law@outlook.com.

received the same email from the same person. the attached letter had my husband's name but i dont know if they have other information on him.

I received the same email today. I did not open it as there may be a virus in it.

Received the same email today from a Frank Hamilton talking about I will be arrested at my job or home to avoid call this man at the same number 832-224-8192 with the same case information as well. Like really I am so sick of these emails can someone please tell me how to stop this.

The simplest solution is to delete the message, without reading it, if it's repeated. Don't fall for emails like this and NEVER reply to them, never click on any links and never call any numbers listed. They're just phishing for suckers.

Your email provider must offer spam filtering. Look into that. Most spam messages will then either be deleted immediately or at least put into a folder identified as Spam or Junk.

Just ignore them.

I received this same email yesterday.  I am so thankful for Google because I was about to have a stroke thinking I was going to jail.

It's a scam. If you click or open the attachment, it's a virus that downloads to your system to steal your information. You can verify if there's a pending case against you by simply visiting your city's court Web page or call them direct.

Same email today with same case number calling my job and home with physical and hurtful threat from 833-224-8192

Got same email today. With threats physical phone call threat.

Attach the email to a complaint filed with IC3, the cyber crimes division of the FBI.  For Extortion Scam Operations,  File reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,CFB,FTC & FCC..  Emails can be attached to complaints filed with IC3, the cyber crimes division of the FBI.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.

OMG, I just received the same exact  email today from this person, is this a real thing or what?they have nothing better to do but scaring people,

I got the same Email, With the same case Number ,phone number, From a Frank Hamilton, Its a big scam, Do not answer their email and Do Not call the number Either.
