Asking to be removed from a telemarketer's list and then telling them your name makes your telephone number very vauable. The only reason they need your name is so they can sell the information. From now on you can never trust a caller when they tell you your name.

I got calls from them but the caller ID says T.S. solutions. When I call back the line is busy.

I received a call from this number. The call was automated with an option to find out more about how to reduce the interest rate on my Visa and/or MasterCard credit card. I do not have a credit card. What I have is a debit card with a Visa logo on it.
When the young man got on the phone he tried to sell me on reducing the interest rate on my credit card. I asked him to tell me the last four numbers on the card he was referring to. He then got offensive and said that I was the one who pressed the number one key on the phone. I repeated my request for the last four digits of card he was referring to. I then asked that he remove this number from his list. He then said "suck this" I then requested to speak to the manager. His response was "[***] You" followed by "I am the manager" which he repeated several times.

    The call came from

That is because it is an automated telemarketing call. Their computer is constantly dialing out.

This board is for discussing spam calls and scams.  It does not belong to your pest. Your pest does not read here.

For a scammer the Do Not Call List law is just one more law to break.

I recieved this number today and answered the phone.  They calim to be able to reduce my credit card debt to 4%.  They wanted my card numbers, expiration dates and 3 digit security code off the back.  When I inquire as to the name of their company they hang up.

I have received over 20 phone calls from these people. Each time I have tried to tell them to remove me from the list and it has yet to happen. I have also tried to notify them the last couple of times that I will be recording the phone call and they hang up right away.

I, too, get bugged on a daily bases on both my cell and landline.  Their pitch is to lower my credit card interest rate to 4?%.  Very, very annoying.

We have asked countless times to be removed from this list! They are calling our home, our cell phones, and we are on the no call list. It needs to stop. Who are these scammers and why is it okay for them to keep calling people who are on the no call list?

I've started blocking their numbers from my Verizon cell phone. The calls have reduced significantly. I did get a call from this new number today. Just updated my block list so I'll have to wait until their next spoofed number rolls around.

I did not answer the phone call.

"Hi, this is Ann with Card Services..." automated call - I've gotten the same exact auto message from several different numbers, including this one, for the past couple years - maybe once or twice a week. SO annoying. Sometimes I'll press one and ask them to not call again.  This time I actually took the time to file a complaint with the Do Not Call registry. Doubt it will make a difference, but oh well.

OK, NOW WHAT can I do?  These crooks have now used up all 10 of my allowable blocked numbers. Every day I block their new faked number, and the next day they call back using a new spoofed number. All day long, ring ring ring ring ring ... "Ann" or "Rachel" on a tape recording, cheerfully warning me this is my last chance to have my identity stolen and my life ruined. Why can't these clowns be shut down?

Ann from "Card Services" Scam AGAIN!

If you ask for any information to see if this is a legitimate company and not CRIMINALS, You are too smart and they don't want to deal with you!

They won't remove you from their list (they will tell you to [***] off and then hang up if you request to be removed from their call list).

ALL information about these scammers is SECRET because they are crooks.
ANY and All information they will give you is FAKE!  Don't believe me? ask for a call back number. They will give you a fake number! (if they don't hang up on you just for asking)

Waste their time by saying you have $10,000 in credit card debt at 14% interest, keep them on the hook as long as you can then when they ask for your credit card number give them a fake one (they will most likely know if it is fake). When they are about to figure it out, just yell in THEIR ear to [***] off! than hang up on them to beat them to the punch.

I receive a phone call from this each day. Each time I am able to answer it is a recorded voice telling me that they are going to lower my credit card interest rate. Too bad I have never owned a credit card. As they answer I ask to speak to a supervisor and get hung up on. I then try to call the number back and it goes to a full voice mail or this one today said I was calling a number that does not exist.

Tried a call back , but got the massage that the number  was disconnected-- that was fast !

I don't answer calls on my Cell when  I don't recognize the area code, but it is  illegal to not present the opportunity to be put on a no-call list isn't it?
