I might try this. I used to back in the olden days when I had a landline. Now I just want to stay private, but multiple calls each week from scamming spamming solicitations on my cell phones, all of which are registered on National & Texas DO NOT CALL LISTS, is making me change my mind.

Wouldn't it be great if everyone would answer them & mess with them as long as they could!!! This is appearing to be the only solution to stop this intrusion of privacy.

I've had calls for months from this # and several different  #s all seeming to be the same annoying credit company. They started calling both my home #s and now they're calling my cell #. Doesn't seem to be anyway to stop them,  as all 3 #s are on the "Do Not Call" list. You would think someone could do something since there are thousands of posts about them on the internet  They should be tracked down and arrested at the very least!!!!!!!!

I agree w/ RICK. The FCC & the Do Not Call lists are as worthless as teats on a bore hog. Law abiding companies would not figure out a way to call folks on the Do Not Call lists. Only crooks, criminals, jerks, sleezebags resort to this method to entice innocents into their web & eat them alive.

This is probably a spammers/hackers site, and they glean data to perpetuate this sorry intrusion of privacy.

This number has called me numerous times.  Hit 1 talked to guy.  Told him on Do not Call List.  He said, "How's that working for you?" and laughed at me.  Tried to tell me he could get my credit card interest rate to 5%.  I asked him to please remove my number and he said. "I don't know how to do that" and hung up on me.

Contact the Florida Attorney General;'s Office. They have the authoruity to prosecute.

They are a call center in Atlanta Ga.   You can Call them DIRECTLY at 770-293-0150<only seems to work sometimes> just keep calling back at various times and days!!

Today, 8-1-2012 at 2:15 pm I recieved a call from 832-377-3059. When I accepted the call and asked the sales person why they keep calling me and what do I need to do stop them she accused me of yelling at her and told me she was not deaf. When I told her I am deaf and that I was outside working with machinery, she told me to "shut the [***] up" and then hung up on me. Great sales technique, where do I sign up for the class action suit?

recieved a call from 832-377-3059 asking to lower my credit card interest rates...Funny since I don't have any credit cards.  When I tried to speak to a representative and ask to be removed from calling list he hung up immediately.  Why can't someone get this stopped.  I bet if they called the President's private number it would get stopped.

I was just called a dumb [***] by "todd" when i asked that my number be removed from their list. SCAMMERS!!!

Unfortunately, if you answer one of the scam calls even once, they mark it as a live number and sell to other crooks. I have muted my land line ringer and stopped answering my cell phone if I do not recognize the number. A valid caller will leave a voice message. Both of my numbers are on the do not call lists and I have filed multiple complaints with the FTC and FCC. No use in getting your BP up with these morons, they or the others they sell your "hot" number to are just going to call again. Perhaps if EVERYONE who gets these calls takes a few minutes to file a complaint then maybe something will be done.

It is attitudes like this that keep these companies in business.  I would not work for them neither should anyone else who wants compassion for me.  They have none when they call so don't expect any.  If it is Ok to treat people anyway you like because your boss said so.  Then don't ask for compassion with your next breath.

so liberal the guy is right.........if you ask them to not contact you anymore, they should not contact you anymore. it's that simple. atleast they have a job......what does that have to do with anything? probably some low life welfare bum who only works part time. and lives off of the government, while i keep getting called by this number and actually am a college professor, whom earned a dr. degree, why should i be annoyed.

@Wallyhood...These vermin are like trolls on steroids.  I have an entire list of blocked number for everyone.  I never answer if it no in my contacts or if they don't leave a message.

Don't wait for the gov't to take care of you.  Defend yourself.  Once you make a database of Blk Clrs #s in your phone the calls are much less.  It has been about a month since I got one of theses.  I added that number to my list.  Take about 10 minutes and enter all these in your phone as block callers and get some peace.
The gov't can't and won't stop the flow on illegals flowing in from the US/Mexican border which doesn't take rocket science, why would you think their going to stop something off the radar as phone scams.
Buck up and defend yourself.

These calls have been going on for months.  At least twice a week and one of them is ussualy at Dinner.  Please God ( or U.>> government), Please make them stop........    My pleas to them result in being hung up on.

the Do nOt Call line of defense is failing me and WHY do they call me for credit card debt relief issues when my Credit Score is 803?????

Called about card services.  I  added it to my cell phone list of contacts as "DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALL" in case of future calls.

Now that is a great idea. Gonna give a try. And when they are really pissed then I'll hit'em with the whistle.

We have been getting calls from all of the above listed numbers daily.  Sometime 2 times a day.  TS Solutions; this was "Hello, My name is Ann".  Today it was from "ZMALL". "Hi, my names is Rachel".  Many others from unknown callers.  My husband and I are both retired and this has become a big problem with all these calls coming daily.  I looked up the number on line of the last call 832-377-3059 and it's coming out of Houston.  My number is on the don't call list, but since these are computer calls and not a real person, I guess a new law has to be passed to stop it.  How did they get my phone number anyway?  HMMMMMM

It seems like the "Do Not Call List" is actually a phone book, or "Do Call List" that these companies are using to GET our numbers!!
