I got a call from this number. Stated it was a call from credit card solutions. I get calls all the time from this company. I report the number on the do not call list. Then I notice they call me back from a different number, but it is the same credit card scam.

Getting real sick of these phone calls.  Don't waste another moment answering these calls!

this number calls daily! and when i press 1 too speak to someone to tell em to stop calling they hang up. like today, they called AGAIN and i pressed 1. i asked "hi who am i speaking with?" and they hung up. its something about lowering your interest rate and say this is your final notice. very annoying...

When I called the number back, it tells me I have reached a NON Working number.

last time they called from a 971 number, i sent them a text message thanking them for contacting the FBI, and to consider this an official Cease & Desist notice.  they didn't call back for at least a couple of weeks. Now this new number is calling.  I am so sick of these calls!

"This is Ann from Account Services" - another "lower your interest rates" illegal robocall. I didn't bother to listen to the whole thing, just hung up on "her." Then I reported it to the Do Not Call Registry.

Call Center Cassie, why don't you get a real job. Yes they are human beings but they are also criminals. They do not stop calling you no matter what you try. I have received more than 200 calls from these scum sucking slime.

I have received this call 3 times regarding an opportunity to lower my interest rate on credit cards.  The first 2 times I pressed 1 to speak with an operator and was asked to be removed from the list.  They very rudely said "Press 3" , which I did.  I received the call today and spoke with the operator again saying I was going to report them for continuing to call.

Very annoying.

I just got a call from this number. No one was on the other end when I answered, and it immediately hung up. I tried to call the number back from both my mobile and my work land line. Both had different variations, but the message was the same... It said it was a “non-working” and “disconnected” number.

The way to slow them down is to scream at the top of your lungs in their ear. Most wear ear buds so this must hurt like hell.
But I think we ALL need to write to our Congressmen and Senators to get a bill passed to make it a crime to spoof your phone number. They are not calling from the number that shows up. They are using a legal method to link their number to an untraceable number and that should be illegal. With severe penalties for doing it.

It's a waste of time to file a complaint. The FCC does not have the time or money or the legal teeth to do anything about this. Congress needs to pass a law that puts severe penalties on anyone who does this so the FCC can actually go after them and stop it.

While I can certainly understand the frustration you feel when you get these calls - I get them all the time too and it drives me a bit nuts - lets not forget that the actual person calling DOES NOT control the numbers they are given to call. They are given numbers by their employer. It isn't the fault of the individual caller that the numbers aren't checked agains the Do Not Call Registry.

It seems more than a bit cruel to want to inflict injury and pain on someone who is just doing their jobs. The calls are annoying to say the least but they don't cause us any pain or do injury to us.

It is the companies that employ these folks that are responsible for the calls and it's them we should be upset with not the people doing the work.

Let's try and be a bit more understanding and compassionate.

The easiest solution is to get a call blocker on your phone - these are downloaded for free from app stores for your mobile or you can buy a fairly inexpensive device for your land line. You simply add their number to the list and you'll never get the call again. If your phone is through your cable provider many have the ability to block specific calls through the online interface.

Thats the dumbest thing I've ever heard. They choose to work there knowing what goes on. Are you going to try to say that they're "Only following orders"? If they were so innocent, they would go work for an honest company.

Recording  from "Rachel" states "cardholder services" and offers to lower interest rates. Prompted to press '1' for operator. Operator (usually gruff woman) immediately hangs up when requested not to call again. I have had this same experience many times. I have added my phone number to the state do-not-call list in addition to the national do-not-call list. I have filed complaints through the FTC website. This caller is a flagrant offender and must be brought down!

I received a call on my cell phone.  The pre-recorded message identified the company as Card Member Services to reduce the interest on my credit cards.

You are right that responding in anyway doesn't do anything to stop them, and in fact the only way they will stop is if they are stopped permanently--and that does not mean jail. Since these people are criminals, they serve no purpose, and since they continually come after armed, trained, law abiding citizens, they deserve any and every painful, disfiguring, permanent occurance that they get. Maybe they will be lucky and they will only experience 1 episode of justice before they...change their ways.
Anyway, they come after us, they deserve every single thing that happens or is done to them.
Consider them cockroaches and respond accordingly.
