- Caller: Credit Services
- Call type: Telemarketer
- kjjc16Answered the phone no message, no one would talk so I hung up and called back. Now it says it is a non working number!
- mrswooddell| 1 replyYep, same number 832-377-3059, TS Solutions on the caller ID, pressed one for an idiot that hung up in my ear...after I told her I didn't have a credit card to even lower the interest rate on. lol Called the number back and it is "No longer a working number" called the GW services/solutions further up this post and that is a time share company who told me that they are aware of the fraudulent calls using the name TS solutions and they they are not affiliated with the people using that line and such at all. They are investigating the complaints and have been bombarded today with calls about it.

- Brenda| 2 repliesI hate them calling me every day!!!! How can I get them out of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- GA replies to James Sweet| 1 replyThese people know darn well they are working for an illegal scam outfit. They have been told THOUSANDS of times that the people they are calling are on the DNC lists.
Anyone choosing to stoop low enough in life to want to be a telemarketer deserves all the abuse they receive. I don't feel sorry for them one bit. If they put their minds to it, they could work their way up to a more respectable job, such as a drug dealer or prostitute.
Telemarketers are nothing but the really lazy bottom-of-the-food-chaun scumbags who want to sit down all day, after finding out that working at a fast food restaurant requires exercise. - Ray WakelandI get calls sometime twice aday from this number. I want it to stop. They call but don't say anything.
- Carol SI am receiving calls 3-4 times/week at all hours to my cell phone. I've tried to talk to someone, but when I won't give them details, they just hang up on me.
Number won't let you call back to them.
I am on both Federal and state no-call lists. How can this keep happening??!!- Caller: I have no idea!!
- Wildman replies to James Sweet| 2 repliesOMG, you sound like such bleeding heart liberal it makes me sick! They are annoying me and taking up my cell minutes and time.
I AM on the do not call list and they should respect that and abide by the laws! Why have a list?
I have tried the nice route and all they do is hang up on you. They also choose to work there, so they get what they get! They should get a legitimate job!
Give us your number, so I can refer them to you, so you can be more compassionate! - CAC replies to James SweetJames Sweet---are you really that naive? It has been in the newspapers about the scam that this is. these people are not even in the US and are trying to steal you blind. WAKE UP!!
- anonymous replies to James SweetWhile a whistle has its place, it can't compare close to a screaming smoke alarm placed against the phone. It just about tears your head off.
- anonymous replies to Joe KentThey want numbers? So make up some numbers!
- anonymous replies to BrendaPress 1 to talk to a scammer, hold the phone close to a smoke alarm, then test said alarm for a minute.
- Lori replies to wallyhood| 1 replyI agree with Wally. The numbers he listed are the same ones that have been calling my cell continuously. What works for me is I have assigned all of these numbers to a DO NOT ANSWER contact on my cell then set the ring tone to something different than what I use for my other contacts. When I hear this ring tone I don't even bother looking at the phone or answering it. They can call all they want. It's not wasting my time, but it sure is their's.
- Mike| 1 replySTOP COMPLAINING AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!
First of all, this is a fraudulent scheme, like many people have pointed out. So the first thing to understand is that discussing the DO NOT CALL list is completely irrelevant. These people are engaging in criminal activity to obtain credit card numbers to then sell on the black market. They have no intentions of abiding by the DO NOT CALL lists, because their biggest crime is NOT calling someone who is registered.
Therefore, calling the FCC is a waste of time. Calling the Public Utilities Commission is a waste of time. Calling your state representatives is a waste. If you're only concerned with the fact that they are calling you when you are registered on the list, then I'd suggest giving up now because your efforts are fruitless. The FCC and PUC and all those types of agencies will result in a dead end because these people are not legitimate companies, and they have no way of identifying them. Like I said, "Ann from Account Services" is committing a much larger crime here.
If you really want to do something, then contact the Secret Service. Same reaction I had. "They guard the President, why call them?" Well believe it or not, the Secret Service is the primary organization that deals with credit card fraud. Call your local field office and talk to someone there. While they can't provide immediate results, enough complaints will get these criminals on their radar. Like I was told from my local branch, it's hard to tell where they are calling from. But like I told him, I tracked one of the numbers down from Florida one day, finally leading to a TracFone. A manager from TracFone admitted to owning the number, but couldn't give me the name of who bought it. Enough complaints, and the Secret Service could subpoena them for the information, and then we could get somewhere. Visit http://www.secretservice.gov/field_offices.shtml for a list of local field offices and give them a call. What I intend to do from now on is go thru the motions with the caller, and give them the number of a Secret Service office as my "credit card company" number. Let them call the Secret Service a few times, then maybe they can start tracing the calls.- Caller: Ann from Account Services

- tbhart replies to BrendaIf you have Verizon as a phone carrier you may call them and get this number blocked..you can have up to I think as many as 7 to 10 numbers in a years time period....good luck...T
- GCSOUTHPlease remove me from your list. I don't want what you are selling.
- TlsUnsolicited calls from this number.
- sickandtiredofthesejerksBest I can tell, NOTHING will stop them. Being nice, screaming bloody murder, threatening to hunt them down and cut their fingers off (I heard that one on a a TV show haha), filing complaints. You can't block them because they just change the number, or it's a fake number that shows up to start with. I am disabled and it's really hard to get to my phone sometimes so they have driven me to not answering even legitimate calls from family and friends, I just have to check caller ID and call them back later. James Sweet has to be a telemarketer himself - they are NOT good people just trying to make a living. I agree with whoever called them the scum of the earth, they don't give a hoot how much aggravation they cause. I'm going to get a referee whistle :o)

- MelaniePretty much the same experience as everyone else on here. Continual calls in the morning, which is annoying since I do not get up early. Sometimes the calls are even before 9 a.m. A week or two ago I pressed "3" to be removed, and I started getting the calls without that option. Ocasionally I answer to try to get taken off the call list, but usually to no response. Today, I pressed "1" to see about getting off the list, and a dead line. A few minutes later I received a call back, with a hold message. Then a guy comes on the line and I said I wanted off the list and he hung up. This is not the first number that called (so they are somehow alternating numbers, and probably off some other companies number - not sure how they do that, but it's happened before.) This number on my phone comes up as TS Solutions (which ironically is a computer security company if you look it up online.) I, too, am tired of these calls. :(
