Received call with broken English, who could barely pronounce my name. Didn't bother replying because it was on my cell phone while at work. Received same text message later. Decimate scam, have no delinquent accounts and only deal with specific institutions. Block it and don't bother.

Same here, just received the same text...

The number is part of a trunk line, rented by a stateside communications company To offshore clients. Whoever called me was doing so from another country.  Be safe and block the number like I did.
You can also file a complaint at FTC.gov

I called the number back, and told me I was delinquent for a payday loan back in 2014. I know I have never taken out a payday loan, so I messed with the guy, asking him questions and arguing with him, until he told me I was an a**hole and hung up on me. Then I blocked the number.
God, I love messing with these scumbags!!

That’s a great idea!  Keep them on the line, so they can’t call someone else !!

I received the same text as everyone else and replied asking them to send me certified documents pertaining to the account that they want resolved and haven’t heard back. SCAM!!!!

They text my sister phone looking for me instead of texting my phone and she call them and ask they were they hung up on her.

Exact same as above. Test message stating "This is our office's final attempt to resolve your account. Please reference Jxxxxxx and call us back immediately at 83433.748.7773"  I call BS.

i just had a call from them and is for a cash advance that i have never taken out .  He said he has sent me notices (which i have never received) and his response was they will move forward with action and hung up on me.

When I call this number back set up a payday loan tell them to send me the information over my email when they took the money out of my account which bank and they hung up did I get these people any information

Received the text today to call using my maiden name that I haven't used in almost 10 years so this will definitely be ignored.

Received the same text as all of the above, they used my previous last name from over 12 years ago in the text.  I know my info has been hacked on over 12 sites per credit karma so these scammers definately paid for the hacked list with my name.  Blocked and thank you for those providing a second contact number for these idiots, so I can now block that one too.

Same here, just got the same exact message..

Scam scam scam. The man I spoke to sounded like he was from India or Iran. Hard to understand very thick accent. I told them to not contact me again or the next phone call be from CID division on the base I’m currently stationed. I don’t do payday loans. Give no information to these pieces of [***]!! Get a real job and leave the working people alone.
