Old time reverse hassle, I keep calling it them. If they’re really bad, I give the number to a bunch of friends & keep bugging them...

I've experienced the same incident yesterday.  They claim I owe money to a payday loan company ( Cashusa.com) from 2012. They also had my name and my last four # of ssn.  I asked them if this is true why did you wait 8yrs to contact me, then she mentions Bradley Weinstein law firm.  All a scam. Just to make money.  As my job mentioned earlier during the pandemic that scammers will rise and take advantage .of the system and people that's unaware

SCAMMMMMM ~ Sent me a text with a final attempt- when I called he gave me some BS about a payday loan but the year didnt match up with the year I lived there. He told me the last 4 digits of my social when I asked ( I refused to provide any information). I asked for the name and address the law firm used for the Bar Association- He refused to provide address or information about location of "Law firm".
When I told him that Google listed him as a scammer he got quiet and then said its against protocol to tell me their law information and hung up. BAHAHA SCAMMER!!

Texting me under a last name I haven’t used in over 12 years. Ridiculous and annoying.

Just got a TEXT that included my full name saying they have made several attempts to reach me.  Broken English, and TV blaring in background.  I told her this must be a scam because I'm not in collections status with my creditors. She "looked up" my cell phone number, which she had because she JUST TEXTED ME, and said "i'm sorry to bother you" - I can't find your number in our system and immediately hung up!  But, their website looks legit - sort of.  I'm sure it's a scam - blocked number.  They would have had to have sent something in writing if it was legit anyway.

I got the same thing texted to me "received a text :

Same thing happened to me about a credit card. I don't even own, along with other stuff. Be aware of the scams going back to 2015.

They located at 600 prospect ave Oakland park FL cant find other office prob be outsourced .

Just got a call from this Weinstein lowlife. They are way too aware of peoples info. I told them I haven't had any debt ever and I was recording them and they hung up. Blocked

They refused to give there address told me if I wouldn’t verify anything why am I wasting there time I told them you gotta give me information if you expect me to give you information they said they didn’t have to give me any information including there address told. Me I could kick rocks I said excuse me and I cursed at them boy that made me mad

Website is not legit using stock photos from another scanner law firm web page exactly same photos nothing about them is real don’t fall for it

Sent a text to call 866-347-1744 for my husband. The middle initial was wrong. Then called me so I called back and they had his first and last name and last four SSN but wouldn’t tell me the nature of the call or what it was about. Said for my husband to call back.

Scarey..my son got one that also had his current address &  prior address from 15 years ago.
