A man by the name of Patrick Anderson left a voice mail on my phone for my husband saying he was from Evelotion Mediation with a case number & the number of 833-781-8175.  We watch out credit very carefully & know this is a scam!  These people need to be stopped!

I have been receiving the same robo phone calls from this number the last few months.  I attempted to call the number back one time and asked the person who answered the phone for more information about their company.  They mumbled a few things and then just hung up on me.  I have filed a complaint against Evolution Mediation Group with FTC (Federal Trade Commission).  I highly encourage others to do the same to get this company removed.

I've being receiving multiple calls from this number. I called them in May last year ( 2018), asked to be removed from their calling list. After several months of peace, I've started again getting calls from them . extremely rude service when I called them back

Evolution Mediation Group calls a few times a week from different numbers.  Something about a pending case against me.  Using words like litigation,  lawsuit and judgement to scare me.  Asked to see something in writing.  The lady gets rude and hangs up. A real mediation company wants to keep you on the line and keep you negotiating.  THIS IS A SCAM. Check the complaints with the Better Business Bureau.

Same thing as everyone else....Called all the time I finally answered and they said I had an outstanding bill with Citibank and took a reduced amount.  My wife called them and they would not produce the actual bill from Citibank and they said they mail a statement every Month (funny we never received anything from them)  my wife called the bank and filed a fraudulent charge on our account so hopefully we will get our money back.

I was also called by these people and it was terrinle. They harass you and they're very persistent about you oweing money to lenders that you've never had accounts with. It was the worst experience I've ever had. Somehow they gather all of your information and use it against you. It's the worst thing I've ever experienced. I called the creditor whom they said I owed and no account was found. Also you can keep tabs on your credit report. This so called company is outrageous and they need to be stopped. They're preying on people who work hard to earn money to pay they real bills. How can we make it in this world when people like this is steadily trying to pull us down. Keep ur heads up, and if you receive calls please report to ur state attorney general immediately.

Called and got me to "agree" to settle the judgment they had gotten awarded against me. Got a very generic piece of mail at my home address, with all the info from my card I provided on it. Which was the third or fourth tip off. Originally said they were collecting on HSBC debt. But couldn't tell me where the original account was from, like a store credit card or what. First red flag, should have told them to stop calling me then and there. Instead I listened to their schpiel, and once I was told there was already a judgment against me, I fell for it. But I had zero in my account to spare at that moment, so I said it could be for the end of the month. They were supposed to send me an email with a docuserve type sign off process, never got it just a very obviously done on a home computer typed up generic letter, no business license number or anything and the address provided doesn't match when you do a records search for businesses at that address. They continued calling me leaving message from other numbers, finally I called back and said I know this is a scam because I checked with my local court (easy to look up records online) and nothing has even been filed against me, let alone a judgement won. So go ahead and take me to court for saying I would pay, because in order to prove I said that, since I never signed anything, all they may have is a recorded phonecard in which they clearly and repeatedly lie to me and break collections laws. Plus even if it were legit, which I highly doubt I have settled all legitimate debt I owe, it would be time barred and they would have to prove otherwise. And again, they lied repeatedly about dates and the judgment and that they won a court case against me already but before they started garnishing my wages they wanted to give me the opportunity to settle for a lesser amount. When I called back and said I had blocked the card I gave them the info for and no payment will be able to process when they try to in a couple days, I said let me give you my name so you can pull up my "file" (because if a legit company they would do this) and she said no I already have it here don't need that. So I said okay thanks and hung up. I fully expect them to start calling other people associated with me and trying to scare me into paying them off, but it won't work. Already warned all family about them. Lastly, when I did call back to say I know this is a scam, they answer giving a different company name than what their really bad format letter said. I ask her why this is, she says oh one is the payment processing company. No, its not. That's not a thing. They use multiple fake company names based off real companies to try and get you to pay either time barred debt or invalid debt you don't owe anyway. Don't agree to anything and they try to get it in writing so as to prove when you try and file fraud charges with your bank that regardless of it being valid or not, you authorized the charges because they won't use their "recorded" phonecards with you, because if they did it would prove over and over how many times they break collections laws. Which they can do, because they aren't a legit company. They have 2 or 3 people, two women and a man, that they pass the phone back and forth between pretending to be each others supervisors to try and play you further. Don't even engage. Request debt in writing always, if legit they have to provide it at any point. Or else file charges and then prove they notified you by mail and you received it.
