This company is a scam! Don't talk to them..fake !!

"Evolution Mediation"...seems like a scammy debt collector. Guy was very pushy and interrupted me a lot; he hung up the third time I calmly asked for them to send me something in writing.

I refuse to answer this number because ATT tells me its a fraud risk..  scammy debt collectors arent getting anything from me.  Junk debt buyers can always be beaten because of the way in which they purchase the debts.  Dont pay these scammers a penny, theyll NEVER leave you alone... 10 years from now theyll try to collect the same debt again.

Don't let the name fool you as they are not mediators but self professed Debt Collectors.  They are not exactly refined and professional as their robo call script doesn't say a name of a person in the script.  A quick look at their website also shows a junior league operation.

Either they are new or are junk debt buyers and I honestly have never heard of them before.

They keep harassing me! I blocked then and they call with all numbers!

Definitely shady...the original call came through on my caller ID as a local phone number, but left a robocall message telling me to press any key to be connected to my "case manager" (?).  The call back number they left was the 833-781-8175.  They will never get a call back from me.

I got a call from a Ms. Peterson last week told me that I had a wage attachment for garnishment pending at my job. I told Ms. Peterson that was not true because I have not been to court or had anything sent to my home about a garnishment. She goes on to tell that letters were being sent to an address that I haven't lived at in 10 years. She asked what my new address I refuse to give it to her. She got upset and told that she will be forwarding the wage attachment today and hung up. Needless to say there was no wage attachment waiting on me today. I called asked for Ms. Peterson was told she was not in. What a joke!!!!

Are you saying that this is a new name for a specific debt collector, or was this just a general statement? If the former, what were they called before?

I believe this is or was a former criminal debt collection company.  Possibly an offshoot as well.  I am still working on getting more information together.  I have recently found another name for this outfit and need to see where it leads.

Since you received a call from that number why did you not post there?  That number thread is empty and anyone receiving a call from that number will not have a clue what the call is about.  There is a search box on this site just for the purpose of looking things up here:
