I received the same call from a Annie Lee saying " We are looking for a smaller general contractor in my area if we could handle the extra work, or knew someone who could to give her a call back"  This sounds very shady to me.

I went through with the "exclusive dealership". I even spent thousands of dollars sending 4 employees to their training seminar in South Carolina. The facts are:

1. They are a legitimate steel building manufacturer HOWEVER!;
2. They promise the world in exchange for your investment but provide no support;
3. You are NOT an exclusive dealership. They would sell a dealership to any rube that shells out the money, including your next door neighbour;
4. Despite their pitch about quality, many of their competitors provide the same or better quality with better service and pricing.

Overall....useless waste of money. DO NOT fall for this pitch.
I will stop short of calling it a scam, but certainly walks the line....

I purchased a dealership from Sunward Group owned by Danton Wirth. I hate to say it but I did not do my research and paid over $12,000 for a premium dealership to sell the company's buildings. I am not sure how this company can remain in good standing with the Better Business Bureau but hearing all the negatives from it's own sales people and the dishonesty of the owner, do not buy a dealership from Sunward, Rockford, Marvel King, Utility King Gold Seal or any other name they have to use to hide their business downfalls.  

Managment and the owner will tell you what you want to hear and very little of what they say holds any truth. I have yet to sell a steel building regardless of the economy. The company will tell you they have a need for a dealer in your area with customers needing to purchase buildings. It is an absolute lie.

Do your homework or just do not make the mistake I made and keep your money!!!!!!!!

THe company is fraudulent and definately do not send them any money.!

The company is a scam and provides mediocre steel buildings. The company went to a 4 day work week because they are hurting financially and will promise the moon to you and none of what they say is true.

As a former employee of this company, I'll give some advice STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. They sell you blue sky for a fee and promises that you'll be competitive when you compare your "dealer price" to your competitors you find your paying retail not wholesale. If you have been taken by them, you're not alone. unfortunatley there are 1000's out there.

Wow.  I don't have a lot of faith in anything that in the beginning solicits ME; then step two is ME paying them for infromation on something that was totally unsolicited to begin with..... just have an uneasy feeling about this! BTW - Helena was the caller, callback # 843-538-6952.

Profile you will see that they have a A+ Rating. You cant fault a company for not being open 24 hours a day.

Sunward is a steel building company that operates through a builder network to supply steel buildings to customers.

If your a builder and need some work
you should into it.
I talked to a guy in Montana who told me thats all he does and he told me he is making a great living doing these buildings.

I am a former long time employee of Sunward, Wedgcor, Gold Seal, Rockford ect. The people that got scammed are not few. There are 1000's that have fallen for this "Dealership promise". Stay as far away from these people as you can. And to those of you that check with the chamber of commerce, htey are a joke. Do not trust the Chamber or the BBB they can and are manipulated by business.
