missed this call this morning; tried to call back a few times and got the recorded message that the number is not in service. looked the number up on the internet, and ended up at this website.

Phone rang, I answered and said hello several times, no response.

Received unwanted call from this number.

Called my phone. Did not answer. Tried to call back but phone number is "not in service" aka telemarketer.

Received a call at 6:27 PM on my work mobile.  As a "senior" I am eligible to receive a free medical alert system.  And if I act now...

missed call no message left. obviously did not miss anything.

I keep getting calls like this, today it was this #. How can i make this stop I don't want random calls from Scammers or companies. I'm on the do not call list.

Telecriminals do not participate in (nor follow) the DNC laws. Invest in a call blocker--one that can be programmed to reject calls from multiple area codes.

I kept declining to take a call from this number on my cell during a meeting, 3x in a row. Very annoying!!

Received a call from this number on my cell.  Dead air.

Modern technology has given telescammers the tools to call you.
Since those telescammers are criminals, they ignore both the Do Not Call list and any request you might make.

Modern technology can also protect you, if YOU do a few simple things!
The most effective thing to do is to get a call blocking device, service or app.
Then, use it correctly.

Google "call blocker" for more information, or visit Amazon or similar sales site.

If you cannot use or afford to buy such a tool, then:

• Do not answer calls from unknown numbers ... let them go to voicemail or answering service

• Do NOT return calls from unknown numbers!  All that does is verify your phone number!  And, in some cases, those return calls may cost $20 or more to complete.

• If you have a "dumb" cell phone, assign the scammer's number to a group named "scam" (or similar).  Then, assign a silent ringtone to that group.

• Another option, for both smart and "dumb" cell phones:  Assign a "silent ringtone" as DEFAULT.  Then, assign your favorite ringtones to all known friends / family / business numbers.  That way, you will hear rings ONLY from those you wish to contact!  You will not hear scammers' rings, even if they change their number!  (This is also called "whitelisting").

Called my cell. I didn't recognize the #, so I said nothing when I answered. Got 10 seconds of silence before the call disconnected.

Got a call on my cell.  Didn't recognize the number so didn't answer.  Didn't leave a message so I called back.  All I got was a fast busy.  Must be a spoof number - not a legit business/caller.

This call comes everyday for a couple of weeks now ever since I filed taxes. It says I'm part of a lawsuit and need to call back but it only refers to me as "you" and never uses my name. I knew it was a scam off the bat

got a call from this number at 5:01 CDT.  Answered and there was no response from the other party.

This Number is from Deltacom in SC.  Their sales contact number is 1-877-239-1200.  I am going to start blowing up their phones and see how they like getting annoying calls.
