Spectrum auto call. Call on cell phone and did leave message.

Now I'm really confused. If this is Spectrum, then why is their own Roboblock service blocking their own call?

Constantly calla day and night

Calls multiple times a day. When I answer, there's no one there. The line is silent and then disconnects itself after about 5 seconds.

Calls 4 - 5 times a day, sometimes as late as 10pm. Doesn’t leave a message if I do not answer and when I do answer they don’t say anything. Extremely irritating!

Constantly calling all day EVERY DAY. including Sundays. I don't answer & it's aggravating!

Get a call blocker.

They call several times a day does not leave a message. They are calling at least twice in an hour.

Calls 6-7 times a day. Never anyone there. AGGRAVATING.

I get the same. When this no. calls me.

This is the 2nd time that I've heard them call me.its probably happened more but only the second time that I've caught. They do not answer and hang up soon after I say hello.

This number calls many times a day I don't answer because I recognize the number. They call  starting at 8am and go as late as 9:00 pm.

How are you going to file a lawsuit when you don't even know who called you? Lawsuits aren't magic, you know. They don't just know who you want to file them against.

I decided to call the number, and I pressed 0 until it asks for my zip code. I was saying able to speak to a gentleman who was very friendly and verify that yes it is Spectrum payment center. We had a brief conversation and he agreed to put it on a ticket letting them know that it is coming up without a header and if they want people to get their payment reminder, they would have to put their name next to the number.
