Fake Spectrum call trying to get me to make a payment. I DON'T HAVE ANY SPECTRUM ACCOUNTS. Blocked the number.

My fiancé gets a call because we were late paying. I pd the bill yesterday so they probably didn’t get the memo. Most likely Spectrum. He doesn’t answer but it’s annoying.

Same here. they have been calling me every day for over a week. I called the actual spectrum number and they said it was a scam call, I'm all paid up.

**NOT *SPECTRUM *18442069035 I  made payments to this number I received my bill it STATEMENT WAS 2 MONTHS OVERDUE I called and the rep asked what number when I gave it she said THAT'S NOT SPECTRUM  IM 2 MONTHS BEHIND

Why did you make payments to this number instead of directly to Spectrum? What made you think this is a Spectrum phone number? A simple search of their website would surely give you the correct phone number to make payments through.

They call several times a day, even at night. I've called the actual Spectrum company to verify if the number was through them, and they said it has no association with them and to not give any personal information. When I finally answered the robo call they said they were spectrum, so I mentioned speaking to spectrum and they changed to being associated with spectrum. I had Spectrum change my account numbers and the calls stopped for a few months, but now they're happening again even with being on the governments do not call list.

Like katie i just confronted spectum , they did not aknowledge this is on of their
numbers... And it seems like all their numbers begin 855 and this is 844 sounds strange to me.

I answered it and said hello, but nobody spoke. Just silence for 60 seconds. Then someone said "sorry for the inconvenience " and hung up on me.

My bill is on autopay and I still get 3-4 calls a day from this number.

It didn't start calling until AFTER I made my payment!

Called 8 times today and did not leave a single voicemail.

They call 8-10 ties a day starting at 8am-10pm. They text 5 times and email me 3xs a day and its spectrum. Is this not illegal? I know my bill is due yet they continue this harassment weather I answer ot not.

Same as others...the calls start @ 6 am and come in back -to -back all day long. I blocked the  number and now they call from a slightly different number. I kept all calls stored, because I was being harassed a week before my bill was even due! I have contacted a lawyer in case it's Spectrum for real.

I was very upset because I had made my payment already
