Calls talking about my account I call this number back, this is a scam they want you to get cable from them because when you call another number Spectrum has and tell them you don't have an account with them they advise you to go to their web site but when you do their there is nowhere to take you name or number out their system. So they keep calling.

Called before 9 AM, didn't leave any message just hung up.

Called twice in an hour and left no message...annoying

Pleasant lady. Said was Sprectrum rep and I owed over $900.00

She called saying I owed $992.40, 3 months service. M

They called me 6 times in 2 days-stated they were Spectrum with a great offer for us. I have a cease and desist in writing with them for called me as early as 7:10 am and as late as 9:50 pm. I owe them $0.

As far as I can tell, this is really Spectrum, which is supposedly a legitimate company. But Spectrum appears to be running a scam, calling random phone numbers. They leave a voicemail saying go to www.spectrum.com/remove if it's a wrong number. That page, which is definitely on Spectrum's website, offers to remove your phone number but requires entering personal information including name, address and email address. I'm not a Spectrum customer and have no intention of giving Spectrum all this information. Instead, I've just blocked their phone number.

They are calling an saying they are spectrum. My bill is $200 a month an they said I owe 400.

Spectrum collections - they call even after you've paid your bill!! Multiple calls daily in addition to texts and emails if you are behind on your bill, sometimes as many as 4-5 calls per day. They don't even care if you've done the right thing and let them know you're having an issue and that the payment will be late. You'll still receive the obnoxious number of calls, sometimes they'll leave a message, other times not.

Woman just called me from 1844-206-9035 stating she was with Spectrum, about my past due bill. Bill is past due , however I have multiple occasions where it’s past due and never have received a call to pay. She proceeded to ask about my debit information I told her she should have that file and that I would make my payment through the automated system as I’ve done for the past 2 years because I wasn’t comfortable giving this. I told her to have a good day, she replied the same. She then called me a “Pendeja”
This is a slang/ derogatory word for [***], stupid. I’ve called Spectrum twice since then to confirm that no Live rep will call for a past due amount or find out who this person is. They have no record of this call, two different reps. Informed me it’s never a live person , only automated system and/ or through text.

So I refused to make payment immediately the 6th time they called. Instead I called Spectrum(who they claim they are) I gave the legit Worker the phone number they were calling from and was informed, the number has no relation to Spectrum.  I spoke to 2 diff reps(called 2 days later as well after receiving another 14 calls and texts) both said if late on payment it will never be a live person. It is always an automated call that plays a message asking you to call back. They both said you will never get a call from someone demanding payment right then over the phone. Again gave the 2nd worker the number and again he said "this is not a number affiliated with Spectrum.

I got a call from this number so I quickly called spectrum NOT the number from where they called. I was told it was NOT spectrum , it’s some sort of scam. When in doubt, call spectrum directly.
