I just contacted the Texas District Attorney's office to get direction....they said to report to the Federal Trade Commission...I just did so...very empathetic and although they are fighthing a losing battle I'm sure...the love trying to get these jerks!!  The number  for FTC is 877-382-4357.

I reported to FTC @ 877-382-4357.  If you have the phone numbers from where you received calls it will help them out.

They are calling my ex husband and his family i called them back and told her off and she hung up on me, this is getting on my nervous

AmyL - That they knew the last 4 digits of your SSN is disconcerting...hopefully you didn't confirm any of their information.  At the very least, please check your credit reports regularly for the foreseeable future.  Having that info. on you is just so invasive and creepy.  Good Luck!

Total bull. They called me yet again today with the same automated message. Still looking for a way to track and sue these ingrates blind! Its harassment and a fraud!

They keep calling me also. Saying I owe from a payday loan. I never had one and they are illegal in GA. I asked for their business address and they hung up. They have been calling for a week now. Reported it on fraud.org. No response yet. It is obviously a scam.

Read CWG40's reply to you.  You probably won't be able to sue them, but you can file complaints.

We received one of these calls today and they left a message on our answering machine. I immediately thought this was suspicious. I DID NOT call the number that they left to call. I did do an online check on the number, and found it's a scam...Big surprise. Our phone company offers a call blocker service for it's customers, so we blocked this number. Hopefully that will be the end of it. If they call again from another number, I'm going to report it to our state attorney general's office.

Awesome. Thanks for all the info. I work alot and dont have much time to research stuff but I recognize some of the alternate names from a similar set of scam numbers that were calling me in 2014. One that wasnt on the list that may be helpful to others as well is "NE group". That doesnt even sound professional haha. Thanks again and I will be reporting when I get a spare moment and continuing to ignore their stupid calls.

Changed to Comcast phone service three years ago to a unlisted phone number. The worst thing is that I am getting calls for 3 people who had this number before. These people have been calling everyday at least 4-5 calls a day, I have explained that they have the wrong number and please take this number off their calling list. Well I'm  tired of having to deal with these crooks. I'm disabled and these calls are totally upsetting. I'm not sure who to talk to and if something will really be done. I wonder if both sides blow smoke and nothing will be done.

I've been getting voicemails from this number every day for several days in a row now.  They reference a family member who does not live here.  VERY ANNOYING!  Area code appears to be international.

I keep getting called with a message for Therman Massey(?) and they keep saying that they have "deleted my number from their database" when I tell them it's a wrong number.  However I keep getting called.  And all of the phone workers are being incredibly snippy and difficult.

These people are not only calling me, but both of my sisters. It's always an automatic message. I don't owe anybody anything so we haven't called back, but I want to know how they got my family members' cell phone numbers!

Same scammers calling from 844-210-5817, 844-226-8637.  Same bogus claim number.  Calling my work number, work cell, and home numbers.  Said they were Westgate Group LLC.  The numbers are now blocked but they keep spoofing more numbers.  Its whack a mole ... would LOVE to whack these moles!  Reported all the numbers to the FTC
