Pr-recorded message from someone name Mike Wallace, asking for me and saying a formal complaint has been file against the person in question and if the whereabouts are known.  I tried calling the number back and someone keeps hanging the phone up then it got to the point here no one answered the phone at all.

Hello my name is Mark Wallace. I'm calling today in regards to a formal complaint filed against one "XYZ". If you have any information as to whereabouts of "XYZ". Please contact our office immediately at 844-369-3850. Again 844-369-3850. Our next step will be to notify the proper authorities. Thank you.

Scam. The person they're asking for is my deceased grandfather!!!

The message I got was similar. Mark Wallace, calling about a formal complaint filed against Judy Miller. I am not, nor do I even know, Judy Miller. I got these calls YEARS ago... and they stopped for a long time. Now I've gotten 3 of them in the last 48 hours. I've blocked numbers but they come up as different spoofed numbers every time. Always the same guy and always asking for the same person. His voice sounds like it's been put through a voice changer... super creepy. I refuse to call them back, and will continue to add them to the blocked call list. Hopefully it stops soon.

Robo-dialer, seems to be part of a debt collection scam using threats. Message implies legal action from "the proper authorities" if information is not provided about the whereabouts of a name inserted by a robot. Blocked the number.

Tips - a real debt collector is legally required to contact you in writing if requested, would not threaten any action, would not threaten legal or police action and would be able to provide written proof of any debts.

A prerecorded message saying there was a complaint about Amber Lee Mclaren and that they were searching for her.  If I had any information to contact them.  I have no idea who these people are.

I just got voice message from this number. He said he's looking for my husband and will call authorities if he doesn't call back.

Scam, scam, scam told me to buy a prepaid card to close out my debt or they would report me to authorities

I have gotten calls and work and on my cell phone from this same number saying their is a formal complaint on my name.  I wish it wasn't a recording as I work at the County Courthouse and if there really is a complaint the Sheriff comes into our office quite often and has even helped me when I have had a flat tire so if it was real complaint I am sure he knows where to find me!

A Mike Wallace keeps calling and leaving a threating voice message on my phone, my moms phone and with relatives that I dont even talk to or have a numbers to. When I call back and asked what company there are they won't disclose. I have asked them repeatedly to remove my number and they keep calling.

People continue to call for someone who does not work here, and they have been doing so for six months.  I finally got through to someone today and told them to stop calling my work number, I was not the person they are looking for and stop harassing me!

Phone Number 1-844-369-3850 Mark or Mike Wallace could not understand but also states to call them and they did say my first and last name was pronounced incorrectly. Stated to call back or they will be calling the authorities. I know this is a scam!!! I have been dealing with this for almost 3 years now. I block the number they call from and they just call from a different number. They called me today then my boyfriend calls me and stated someone called his phone looking for me and I do not know how they got his info since we are not married. I do not know how to get these people to leave me alone!!!! So frustrating and annoying! I probably have maybe 30 different numbers on my call block list on my phone or more.

Somebody must be desperate! Got the call and someone looking for a person whose name I couldn't understand.  I called the number back and got put on hold and no one ever came to the phone so I just hung up and will not report that call as SPAM!!!

Get these calls all the time.. No one is going to call you and tell you that you have an arrest warrant to deliver. They would just show up at your work or home. These are scammers. You are right in saying once you need their information so you can give to your lawyer or the police they end up hanging up on you.
