Says there is a class action of some sort against my daughter who doesn't live here!  They call every so often

Scam saying it's an warrant out for you

left voicemail stating there is a complaint filed against me

Says a formal complaint has been filed against me and the next step will be contacting the proper authorities....

Claiming  there is a complaint filed against you

I have copied this from my voicemail:
"Hello, my name is Mark Wallace in regards to a formal complaint that's been filed against one Cheryl White. If you have any information as to the whereabouts of Cheryl White, please contact our office immediately at 844-369-3859. Again that number is 844-369-3859. Our next step will be to notify the proper authorities. Thank you.  I think they have been calling my father looking for me.

I have received this voicemail once yesterday and again today.

I permanently blocked the number on my cell, but they have somehow managed to get ahold of my mother's cell phone and her home number saying they are going to arrest me blah blah.  Very annoying. Find some business

Scam. They are now calling my parents my sister my brother my in laws, my in laws home.... wtf

I received ther same call yesterday. They have been calling my niece, on her cell and home phone looking for me.

Received a prerecorded phone call yesterday. Stating there was a complaint filed agaist me. If I didn't return the call, further action would follow. My niece informed me they have called her on house and cell phones for info on me.

Same message it's a scam

I have received various calls from this number saying that a complaint that a claim has been filed against me or a member of my family. After speaking with them, I confirmed that I am not the intended party.

Same recording.  They are calling my sister in pa.  What they do is pull up your name and see who your relatives are and start calling them.  One if someone is going to arrest you they are not going to give you a pre-call - there going to snatch you up - this is a scam.

I had the same experience as everyone else. Very annoying!

Great, except it's naming my ex husband who I have neither seen nor heard from in about 20 years.  Tell him "hi" for me.

Receiving like 20 calls from this number a day.   Leaves same Mark Wallace number, also called my sister.   VERY ANNOYING

Man stated he wanted one of our family members. Calls twice a day and also on our cell phone.

If you have any information as to the whereabouts of (insert name in robotic voice again), please contact our office immediately at 844-369-3859. Again that number is 844-369-3859. Our next step will be to notify the proper authorities. Thank you." I laughed hysterically because it was for my father, who never got in any trouble ever, and he's been dead for a year and a half now. So yeah...
