I received the same message the last two days both on my cell phone and home phone.

Leaves messages about a complaint filed against someone, then no way to call back, when you call it goes to a full voicemailbox. Completely illegal harassment, 3 robocalls a day from these morons.

They have been calling my cell & my husbands for a week up to theee times a day. Concerning his ex wife of over 20 years ago! Finally got someone to answer today i told her the situation she promptly hung up on me! Called right back was told calls should stop in 48hrs,was in the middle of asking was it going to take care of both numbers he hung up!! OMG!!! I wish there was something more I could do!!!

This number keeps on calling me look for my ware about called my sisters house and left a message at my job

A recording calls stating a formal complaint has been filed against me to call this number It also called people I know

Tried this on my husband a two weeks ago and now they are calling me.  Without an address, I cannot file a complaint against them with the Attorney Generals Office.  They are going to keep calling my number and will not take me off the automated dialing.  Something has to be done to stop this kind of crap.

Just got the same call everyone is talking about. What I don't understand is what's the point? What do they get out of this?

"Hello, my name is Mark Wallace in regards to a formal complaint that's been filed against one (Insert name in robotic voice). If you have any information as to the whereabouts of (insert name in robotic voice again), please contact our office immediately at 844-369-3859. Again that number is 844-369-3859. Our next step will be to notify the proper authorities. Thank you."

Money, they get money, what else would they want?

Received a call from this number saying there was a "formal complaint against me" and that they would call the authorities.  They also called my ex husband, whom I've been divorced from for almost 15 years.  Just wanted this scam noted.

I have received the very same -to my cell, my spouse's cell, my in-laws and place of work!

Left the same message as other people have stated for my ex-husband. When I called back they wanted me to verify his ss# and when I asked for the name of the company and stated I needed verification of who they were before giving out personal info they refused and hung up.

This man is also calling me with same message only looking for Tracy Peers or Peirce. I have no idea who that is and wonder why this call is coming in to my home..

They are calling and threatening!! Now they are calling my sons phone. Its a scam

Saying I have a complaint against me and call my family too

They are looking for Jessica Sanchez and threatening legal action. Not calling them back

This number has called me an my mother saying a complaint has been filed against me I called them said I wrote fraudulent check in 2012 for payday loan which is false total scam they said will see in on court and the mark guy on voicemail they didnt have clue who He was

Keep calling wznting to know whereabouts to notifify authorities.

Saying I'm gonna be arrested it's a scam
